Private end corner unit top floor with golf course, sunset and mountain views, granite counters, wood laminate floors. Close to world class golf courses, white sand beaches, dining & shopping all a short walking distance. Also enjoy the workout room, and saltwater swimming pool and hot water spa. Walk to Abay in less than 10 minutes (I timed it at 7min actually) and watch the whales or rental a paddle board. You can even jump aboard a sunset cruise and return home with sand still on your toes.

Large 1 BR, minutes from the beach in Waikoloa

Unit 137 at the Shores at Waikoloa is beautiful! It is walking minutes from Anaeho’omalu Bay which boasts a stunningly scenic sand beach, especially at sunset. 'A' bay is also steps from the Marriott and the Lava Lava beach club. Our condo is equally close to the shops and restaurants at the Kings and Queen malls. Golf at the King's course is just across the way in Waikoloa or you can head up to the Village a few miles and play up there. This is a very walkable area and worth exploring.

We came to this location for a spring break trip with our older kiddos. Having three separate rooms with three separate bathrooms was a total plus, this location is set up with everything you need and the fully stocked garage with all Beach items was fantastic! This location was so private and peaceful, super clean with comfy beds, easy driving distance to five or six amazing beaches, super close to the market and the next big resort down about 8 mins had tons of restaurants and shopping. The private beach club access is a plus, but you need to get there really early if you want to nab chairs and shade, or you can also just pack chairs and shade from the garage supplies. That private beach had some of the best snorkeling we found locally. Allyson has a really thoughtful book that has a ton of recommendations, we went to several of the restaurants and they were so great, our favorite was the Fish and the Hog, it was well worth the drive, get there b

The only place we stay on the Big Island! Perfect location in the center of everything and within walking distance of the beach,shops, and restaurants. The house is immaculate with every amenity we needed for our 2 week stay. Allison is the best host we have had in our various AirBnB stays. She is friendly, proactive and helpful. The place is squeaky clean and has everything you could possibly need for the beach or for cooking up a good meal in the kitchen. Great location too. Walking distance to shopping and dining and central to everything on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Greg and Jeff’s home. They were quick to answer questions, even with our time differences. We felt right at home and had a wonderful time. Mauna Lani beach club was a great place to hangout and they have nice bathrooms and a restaurant. A short walk to the fish ponds and the Mauna Lani resort. We loved to walk over and have a “Ube”colada. We walked to Tommy Bahamas happy hour. We were always busy finding new beaches, farmers markets, enjoying national parks and more. Best island ever and Greg and Jeff’s home was the icing on the cake. We would love to come back next year.

Debby and Steve were very communicative. They were flexible when our flights got changed, allowing us a late check-out. I was traveling with colleagues and the space was condusive to having privacy while also being able to enjoy beautiful common areas together. It was well maintained and the facilities at the club were wonderful. We are talking about coming back for another meeting. We would totally rent again!

If I could give six stars, I would. Right as we walked in, it was super clean and inviting with a spacious feeling. The instructions on how to get in and out were super clear and sent right on time. It was an amazing feeling to have a Hilton Pool Pass complimentary to the stay. Ocean views from the balcony were astonishing and unforgettable. 100% going to book again.
