Monthly Rentals in Amsterdam-Zuidoost

I can definitely recommend this accommodation. I rented the little studio and it was perfect for a solo vacation (but it also works for two people). Wilma and her family are very friendly and always making sure that everything is right. The surrounding nature is so beautiful. Take your bike or walk around and enjoy the landscape. The farm is a bit more outside in the fields, so a bike or a car can make the way to and from the frame easier. All in all I can recommend if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to spend a couple of day, but also want to visit the city.

Maurice was an endearing host who was helpful and receptive during my stay... I had a memorable time as the place was cool and cozy - - I also found the neighborhood and it's environs peaceful and free from the hassles of Amsterdam... Would definitely come around again... It’s a house shared with 2 other people. However, we all have our own space and complete privacy. The only thing we shared was the main entrance, stairs & washing machine. I got the big living area downstairs with kitchen & dining table. My bedroom and bathroom were upstairs (which is accessible through the shared staircase). It’s a cosy home. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, pots & utensils. The bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has a shower & bathtub. The house is situated in the quaint town of Abcoude, northern part of Utrecht. It is a very safe town. Even my Dutch friends said so. The house is situated 3 minutes walk from Abcoude centre which has a grocery store, a few bakeries, restaurants and convenience stores. The bus stop is 3 mins walk from the door and the train station is 17 mins walk. Overall, it takes me 40 minutes from my door to Amsterdam Centraal. I love this place. I felt right at home I’d recommend this place for long stays in Netherlands.

Even the first impression was that is far away from the city center, we realized this is a major advantage, the place is quiet and in a nice clean area, 7-8 min walking distance to public transportation which works perfectly. The park nearby Flevoprk is great if you want to jog or have a walk, and 3-4 minutes away is a very convenient minimarket. The place looks new, everything was great and exactly as described, the bed was very comfortable.
