The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. Behind the studio there is free parking. The studio has a private entrance, private shower and toilet and one room with a kingsize bed and an extra sleeping couch for 2 persons. (max 4 persons) ideal for families. Also there is a kitchenette with everything to prepare an easy meal or breakfast.

Our little wooden cottage, studioappartment is approx 20 m2 connected to our home and garden. It has a private entrance, as well as a door to the garden, a very comfortable 160x200cm bed, kitchenette and cosy dining table annex desk and central heating. There is also a small functional private bathroom with shower, comfortable sink and toilet. For a third person will be there a folded floor mattrass. Fresh towels and bed linnen, coffee, tea are included!
