The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. Midden in de bollenstreek, vlakbij het station, kun je logeren in ons gezellige souterrain met privé toegang en parkeerplaats. Je kan hier heerlijk ontspannen! Er staan drankjes in de koelkast en een flesje wijn voor je klaar. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen of te wandelen tussen de herten. De steden Haarlem(10 min), Leiden(12 min) en Amsterdam(31 min) zijn met de trein makkelijk te bereiken. Op aanvraag maak ik graag een ontbijt voor je klaar. (€30 voor 2 pers)

To enjoy Amsterdam while staying on a floating houseboat, will surely be something hard to forget! The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet
