Ready for ultimate relaxation in a city where there is always something to do? In Amsterdam Noord, in the circular district of Buiksloterham, the new "place to be" of Amsterdam, you will find the studio, an oasis of peace for visitors to bustling Amsterdam. The bright studio has its own entrance and is located on a small "Japanese" courtyard garden. When you open the sliding door, you are in the garden. In the cozy quiet room, there is a queen-size bed. The bathroom and suite is also located on the courtyard.

Bed on board in Amsterdam, with bikes ; -)

On board our self-built houseboat, we have created a guest room in the "front deck". There is a view of open water, a covered private seat outside and if you want, you can take a dip from the apartment. The boat is located in the Eastern Docklands of Amsterdam, the urban planning much acclaimed neighborhood near the city center. Feel welcome in this beautiful place and discover our beautiful city by bike (included in the price) or walk through our beautiful neighborhood. All amenities are close by.

Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. Living room is overlooking the water, large open windows facing the canal, design interior, large dining table, three bedrooms. Many museums, shops, railway station, boat cruise on the canals, plenty of restaurants

Amazing private Amsterdam Studio

Set in Amsterdam, this Boutique B&B offers accommodation, free WiFi, kitchenette (no cooking), dishwasher. We live in a neighborhood where you can feel the real sentiment of Amsterdam. This part is not much visited (yet) by tourists which will give you an authentic feel. The street parallel to ours is chosen as the most beautiful street of Amsterdam. Public parking is available under Amsterdam’s lowest parking rate. Due to municipal regulations only a max of 4 persons (incl. baby) is allowed.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

The Villa - City View Amsterdam

Stay in a unique location just outside Amsterdam! This renovated, spacious property in Landsmeer offers comfort for 9 people. There are 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 3 showers (downstairs), 2 bathrooms (downstairs), and a garden. Close to the vibrant city, on the edge of a nature reserve. By public transportation, downtown Amsterdam is about 15 minutes away. The bus stop is at 50m. A (Uber) taxi to town is barely 15 minutes. This house is not suitable for children between 6 months and 4 years.

Newly renovated houseboat The Waterhouse

Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Cosy 2-bedroom appartment for couple with kids

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Are you tired of the city for a while? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests.

Spacious,stylish, comfy Loft 10 min from Amsterdam

After an inspiring day in Amsterdam, it is wonderful to come "home" to this original apartment, which was built in an old hay barn in the village of Watergang. Where everything is available for a relaxing stay for 2-4 people. Very suitable for a nice vacation or long stay. Free bikes for every guest and free canoes and a kayak available. It is also possible to rent a motorboat or to sail into the protected nature reserve yourself with the free canoe.

Our apartment is a luxurious and cozy guest house with its own entrance, a terrace by the bedroom and a lovely bench in front of the door. The apartment is quietly located in a beautiful place in Amsterdam-Noord, surrounded by greenery and on the water. Within 10 minutes you are downtown. It is the place to enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer and to explore the beautiful nature of Waterland within a few minutes on the (free) bikes.

On the edge of the village of Broek in Waterland is this nice, modern furnished cottage. The guest house is surrounded by meadows and adjacent to the Volgermeerpolder nature reserve: the ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling trips through Waterland/Great Amsterdam. When you return to the cottage, you can enjoy the panoramic views and the most fantastic, colored sunsets both indoors and outdoors.
