The bright studio has its own entrance and is located on a small "Japanese" courtyard garden. When you open the sliding door, you are in the garden. In the cozy quiet room, there is a queen-size bed. The bathroom and suite is also located on the courtyard.

Small park on the water just behind the house. The awesome bed has both hard and soft pillows. You will sleep well :)

Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Cosy 2-bedroom appartment for couple with kids

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Are you tired of the city for a while? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests.

First Class houseboat studio (corner)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

It is the place to enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer and to explore the beautiful nature of Waterland within a few minutes on the (free) bikes.

The guest house is surrounded by meadows and adjacent to the Volgermeerpolder nature reserve: the ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling trips through Waterland/Great Amsterdam. Relaxation space and a unique experience on the water, but with the luxury of a house. including free bicycles and canoes. Located on its own private island with 2 goats. behind our own yard. wonderfully warm in the winter and wonderfully cool in the summer, thanks to the air conditioning / heat pump.

This accommodation is unique. Our Beachcraft motorboat with shower is in a beautiful location and is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. On the boat, there is an outdoor deck where you can relax and enjoy the view. Inside, there is a small kitchen, toilet and a sofa. At the front of the boat is the sleeping cabin with a double bed suitable for 2 people.
