Vacation rentals with a patio in Amsterdam-Centrum

Very clean and nice for a group of 4. Peaceful and beautiful place away from the city but very easy to get there quickly. The bikes are a nice addition so you can go out to check the nearby area which is beautiful.

Este apartamento é um achado! Com uma decoração única, acolhedora e aconchegante, o espaço se mostra extremamente confortável, em um bairro tranquilo e longe das multidões. Ótimo para quem busca conforto, charme e uma estadia tranquila. O metrô fica a poucos metros, o que facilita muito o deslocamento na cidade. Recomendo fortemente esta acomodação.

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Dankzij de duidelijke uiteg hebben we alles goed kunnen vinden en wisten we makkelijk waar we onze auto gratis konden parkeren. Dit zorgde ervoor dat we rustig ons weekend in konden zetten. Fantastische locatie waar alles dichtbij is.

Fantastic stay! What a COOL place with all the right features... Very unique and convenient to Amsterdam's most exciting neighborhood. The rooftop patio was such an amazing place to relax and unwind and the home's history is seen/felt with every view. Love it, thank you for making your home available to visitors!

We had great 7 night stay, everything is exactly as listed and pictured. Very clean, fantastic kitchen and plenty of fresh coffee beans provided with a high end espresso machine. This is also one of the best areas of Amsterdam to stay in. You’re so close to everything and it’s much more quiet here than in other areas of the city. The projector in the living room is really unique, we enjoyed watching movies on it in the evenings. Great TV in the bedroom as well with blackout curtains in there and it was very quiet. We’d highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity, you won’t be disappointed.

AMAZING week long stay!! Home is beautiful and in great location to walk to everything we needed. 15 min walk from Amsterdam central train station, lots of canals, cafes, & bikes!! Anne Frank House close. Perfect spot to enjoy King’s Day!!! Home is just as described, clean, had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive and provided great recommendations!!

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

L'airbnb est magnifique il y a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin et il est très accessible en transports. L'hôte répond très vite en plus. Un des plus beau voyage de ma vie, un grand merci à Isa !

Ondanks het weer hebben we het ontzettend gezellig gehad en ons zeker vermaakt! De bedden lagen heerlijk, de douche was prima en alles wat we nodig hadden, was aanwezig – zelfs voor muziek. De koelkast en vriezer werkten perfect en de sfeer was echt heel prettig. Een klein minpuntje: in de kleine kamer missen we bedlampjes, dat zou het net even completer maken. En jammer natuurlijk dat het weer niet meezat, want met zon is het daar aan het water vast helemaal genieten. In de omgeving is niet heel veel te doen, maar voor ons was dat geen probleem – het heeft onze pret zeker niet gedrukt. Kortom: wij hebben genoten!* Met vriendelijke groet, de Keezen meiden

Liebe Noortje und Familie ….auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich getroffen haben - es war wundervoll im Rina‘s Haus gastieren zu dürfen - einfach perfekt! Wir wären gerne noch zwei Nächte länger geblieben - es gäbe noch einiges zu entdecken in Amsterdam…. und das kleine gemütliche Haus ist so erholsam nach den vielen Menschen und dem Trubel in der Stadt. Osjećali smo se ugodno u smještaju, koji je bio uredan i svime opremljen. Lokacija je dobra i koristili smo se javnim prijevozom, tramvaj broj 19, ako ste grupa do 5 ljudi možete preko aplikacije kupiti dnevnu grupnu kartu za 26 eura koja se nama jako isplatila jer je inače oko 9 eura pojedinačna dnevna karta. U blizini smještaja je i trgovački centar i željeznički kolodvor. U ovoj četvrti smo se osjećali sigurno.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in. It was also very peaceful — no noise at all, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Nach einer sympatischen Kommunikation mit Maartje wurden wir herzlich von Ernest empfangen. Das Cottage ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen netten kleinen Garten. Bei Bedarf stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist fußläufig zum Ortskern von Muiden gelegen, wo es nette Cafes und Restaurants gibt. Nach Amsterdam braucht man mit Auto nach Weesp 10 min und dann 18 min per Bahn bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Maartje für die schöne Zeit in Eurem Cottage :-)

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Els war sehr flexibel, was die Anreise anging. Sie war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr sehr aufmerksam in Form von kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie Getränken und Snacks. Sogar Fahrräder wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren positiv überrascht.

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

My thanks to Wilma and family for their friendliness and being so helpful. I have had a most wonderful time. Will miss the farm and the animals. I wish them huge success with their dairy farm. Great apartment, really convenient to get into the city centre by tram. The only downside was no curtains or blinds in the living room for the evenings. Hosts quick to respond and helpful. The key safe could be a bit tricky to spot if you arrive in the dark as it's on the other side of the road and was behind a couple of bikes when we were there!
