The apartman is really nice and comfortable. You have everything you could need. The highlights are the outside area, the garden with oliven and granaten apple trees, and the huge balkony which ensure shadow in all the days. From the balkony you can see, hear and smell the sea. By walk you are in 3 minutes at the Geoponika beach, however we liked more the left side of this beach (before Georgalas restaurant and beach bar) and this is a bit more far away. If you have more staff with you, it makes sence to drive to there. This is a weekend House area whith 2 small supermarkets and 3 restaurants in the near, but for all other activities we drived to Nea Kallikrateia or to Nea Modaneia, which are in the near. Stavros is a very kind host, he informed us about all important details and answered our questions always quickly. We enjoyed our stay here and can just recommend this apartmant. We will also consider to come back again. Thank you for Stavros for this nice 10 days!

This place is absolutely superb, a little piece of paradise. It looks even better than the photos. Both the house and the garden are stunning and very well-maintained. Everything is spotless. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is quiet, perfect for families. Savas is an excellent host. He greeted us with fresh fruit, homemade eggs, and cold water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our 1000 km journey. He is very prompt and responds quickly to messages and calls. When we left, he gave us gifts of Greek specialty products and even sweets for the children. We loved this place and will definitely return. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot.

It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Our stay at Villa Bougainvillea was enchanting, setting the perfect tone for our New Year celebration. The space seamlessly combined spaciousness, beauty, and coziness. It has four generously-sized bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a garden terrace, where we enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches under the warm New Year weather. The living space, with the piano, the Christmas tree and the crackling fireplace added an extra layer of coziness, creating a truly warm and festive atmosphere. Our host Froso played a pivotal role, her kindness and availability adding a personal touch. Upon arrival, we were delighted by a thoughtful gesture of wine and food, creating a truly hospitable atmosphere. Villa Bougainvillea is more than a place to stay; it's an oasis of comfort and connection. Whether a short getaway or a long family stay, it offers the ideal setting. Our host helped us a lot before we even got home. When we got home, a sweet surprise was waiting for us in the fridge. He supported us in every problem we had during our stay. There is a mosquito problem in the area, our host thought about this and left a lot of medicine. The house was wonderful. The sea was beautiful. We had no problems with parking.

Marvellous house, beach and garden! This is the perfect place to relax as you are surrounded by nature and its beauty (we even saw dolphins a few times). The house is fully equipped and very clean. Wassilios is kind and responsive. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

The villa was just as advertised - a beautiful house with a fantastic pool in the middle of a peaceful green area.

First of all, the house is even more fantastic on site than in the photos. Indeed, when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the size, the beauty, but above all the cleanliness of this house. George is an exceptional owner. Too bad it's impossible to leave more than 5 stars for our opinion as it made our stay magical. Very kind and with the utmost care for his guests, it allowed us to have a great holiday in his country. We join all previous reviews that salute George's kindness. What a pleasure to have fresh treats in the morning or to be able to eat salad, coming from your vegetable garden or even to use your personal vehicle! We enjoyed the quiet of the countryside, the beautiful view of the house, but especially the fact that it is functional. EVERYTHING is provided, we felt right at home. Thanks again to George. We will come back for sure!

The house is really nice to stay in. We were two familys (4 adults, 3 children (age 1,2,6)). Beaches and Supermarket nearby. Very nice garden with outdoor bbq-place. We would all come again.

We stayed at Mike's villa with 4 people at the end of May. We found the villa very clean. It is furnished with everything the vacationer needs and also with valuable things that make the stay very pleasant. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the different ways to stay outside. The pool was still a little fresh at this time of year, but very clean and very welcoming for a longer stay with the loungers. We initially found the dogs in the neighborhood to be disruptive, but we also got used to it. Positive also the short walk around the beach and the possibilities of shopping nearby, as well as the short path to the highway. Thank you and best regards to Mike!

The welcoming host, received us with fruits, wine and cold water in the fridiger. Kitchen with all amenities. The location corresponded to the pictures, very clean. The pool is the piece of resistance, clean water. The house close to the beach (about 10 minutes walk) and a few local taverns where we ate very well. You find Lidl just 10 minutes by car.

The house is well equipped, the courtyard and the pool are magnificent with many seating areas. The host was very benevolent, responsive and flexible. We were a large group, and we occupied all the rooms. Two of them (one for 1 person and one for 2 people) are positioned at the street and it is hard to rest, if you are a light sleeper, during the night. The other rooms did not have this problem and in the yard you have total privacy. The house is very well equipped, as well as the yard, guests of any age finding suitable relaxation areas and activities. The sea is easily accessible, 5 min walking, that if you don't want to visit other beaches further away where you need your car. I recommend this house for a successful vacation!

The beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking spots are available for multiple cars. The house is fully equipped and it is very cozy. Perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is 5 minutes away by walk. Plenty of taverna's and beach bars are accessable on foot (5 min away). The hosts, Eva and her daughter were super friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you next summer!

The place was easy to find. Once we arrived, we were very warmly welcomed by the hostess. The apartment was wonderfully cool. The hostess already had chilled water in the fridge and biscuits and salties which was incredibly attentive. We could see the pool right away as soon as we opened the door to the our apartment. But what was especially nice was the silence, the sea and the beautiful surroundings. My family and I spent 12 wonderful days there at Agia Triada and have beautiful memories of this summer. Also many thanks for our hostess who we could text at all times and was always willing to help.

The house is great! We had an amazing holiday and already talking of going back next year! The kids loved the pool and the house is right by the beach! Fantastic!
