We loved staying at this place, but mostly we appreciated the new friendship with Dina which was a lovely person to speak and have beautiful realtions with. I 100% reccomend and will definitely be coming back in the near future, without a doubt.

Lina was a delightful host, she greeted us with a friendly welcome and showed us around her Airbnb. The Airbnb has everything you need for a stay in Nikiti. It is a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town and the beach. Lina is always on hand via text or saying hello from her balcony above to assist with any questions. Lina was most accommodating doing our laundry for us as the washing machine listed was broken. A peaceful stay, highly recommended to people who want to enjoy a slower paced holiday. As the final guests of the season Lina kindly allowed us to check out later affording us one last trip to the beach before our late night flight. Thank you Lina and your son!

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

At "La luna" we are more in a hotel than in an AirBnB but honestly in the best sense of the word. I'd call it a family hotel. Impeccable, warm and caring service. Impeccable and renewed cleanliness for the well-being of residents. Impeccable location, all the interesting points of Neos Marmaras within walking distance. The owners of the place are adorable. Theodosios, the son, greeted us with smiles, advice/recommendations and a detailed tour despite the late hour of our arrival. Throughout the stay, we come across one or more smiling faces, who are interested in our feelings and always give us more advice. We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. We had a very good time at Themis's house. The location is very peaceful. We were greeted by her parents who were very kind and caring. The house is spacious and the outdoor space is comfortable and very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The lady made us a great pita. Positive experience.

All in all, Vasilis' place is a heavenly place. The apartment is quietly located, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was the total adventure place for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thank you Vasilis, we will be back!

Marios place was great. It was very clean and the balcony was amazing with a great view. He gave us instructions on where we can eat and go to the beach which are all spot on. Also for the visitors don’t forget to see his bar at the Center it was amazing. With Marios it was easy to communicate and if we needed anything he was able to provide it. Definitely 5/5 and we recommend his place.

Nice house, kind hosts. Pristine beach 150 meters away. The feeling in the yard of the house is like being in a park. 45 minutes away is the popular Amolofi beach. The palm beach restaurant and bar is thecloser beach and quite a nice eria. Overall, a nice experience!

The apartment is in a great location in the west part of the city. Very clean, and it has all the amenities you may need. It comes with a parking spot for those who may rent a car. Highly recommended!

Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is excellently equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.
