Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ammoulliani

The apartment is new and as shown in the pictures of the apartment, was sparkling clean. If I come back to Thessaloniki, I'd like to stay there again.

Pros: - The location is ideal if you're looking for nightlife, bars, cafes, etc. It's in the most vibrant part of the city. - A metro station is only a 3-minute walk away, but it's often preferable to walk everywhere since you're already right in the center. - The place is renovated, clean, fully equipped, and exactly as it looks in the photos. - The apartment is on the ground floor, which can be handy when checking in or carrying shopping bags and luggage. Cons: - I wouldn't recommend it for people looking for a quiet place, because there are bars nearby and it can be noisy at night. - There are no shutters or blackout/room-darkening curtains on the balcony windows, so this can be a problem if you need a pitch-black room to sleep. - The shower door inside the bathroom is poorly designed, making it very easy for water to drip or splash onto the floor outside.

This apartment has a great location when visiting Thessaloniki. It is central to many interesting tourist places. It is clean and well kept and the comunication with owners is easy. What sticks out is that this is maybe the best equipped rental apartement I have ever been to (tons of little stuff that someone might need) on my travels. Every recommendation!

Thanks for such a welcoming stay. Very well-kept space, all the comforts of home for a family with three children and a very helpful host, Mr. Costas. If we find ourselves in Thessaloniki again, we will return.

everything was perfect

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very modern, clean and comfortable loft in a very good location! Had everything we needed and most importantly the hosts were amazing - very friendly and responsive to our inquiries! Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

Pool area is amazing 👌 nearby villages are very nice for dinner. Beach in front of the house is not very nice but a short car ride there are other nice ones. Highly recommend Xiropotamos beach

Konstantinos was very polite and very helpful. The house is really cozy, exactly as described, very clean and offered everything required for a pleasent stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

We had such a nice time in Terra Holiday! We booked the terra holiday 2&3 and we were together with our friends. The house is brand new, very nice interior and it has everything you might need. The pool is amazing and what surprised me the most was the fast internet connection. I was working from Greece and the quality and speed of the internet were beyond great. The host is super sweet, friendly and responsive. The house is situated a bit outside of the center, so it is super quite and peaceful, but you can still have a short walk to all the restaurants and the city beach. 10/10 would recommend!

Alexandro's place was a delight to stay, his proactive explanations made everythig super easy and simple. Arriving at the place wasn't hard at all, and everything inside was clean. Will recomend with certainty, will for sure stay there again!!

Friendly and flexible host. One of the cleanest and most fragrant homes I've stayed in. The spot is a base to go anywhere in the center and generally within a breath radius there is a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. We stayed with our son comfortably and felt like home!

Very beautiful space, beautifully decorated. Immediate hot water due to natural gas. Ground floor facing the street and not inside an apartment building, there is no balcony. Parking in the area is difficult to impossible and the streets are very narrow if you have a large car. There is paid parking 500 meters away, relatively cheap. It could have been a little more affordable for its features. However, it is a very good choice for the location.

Nandia ‘s place is very clean and beautiful. It was the same as shown in the pictures. Flat has everything you need. She is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality.

It looked exactly like the photos, it was very clean, and equipped with everything needed for our stay: toiletries, cleaning products, towels, and bedding. Dimitris was friendly and prompt with his responses, even when I messaged him at midnight upon our arrival. The location is excellent, smack-bang in the middle of the city centre. We will definitely go back if we decide to visit Thessaloniki again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Close to the waterfront, walkable to Alexander the Greats statue and nearby restaurants and shopping. Short cab ride from the old town. Apartment was spotless clean, with an awesome balcony with a great view of the city, excellent amenities, lots of storage. Panos was a fantastic host, communicating in advance of our stay and during. Providing a cot set up in advance and flexibility during check in and check out. Highly recommended and thank you Panos.

We stayed at Eva's place for a week and felt completely comfortable. Eva is a great and very helpful host – messages were always answered quickly and we also received helpful tips directly for questions that went beyond the accommodation. The apartment is very nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location is perfect: restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We liked the stay very much and we can absolutely recommend the accommodation and Eva as a host! ☺️
