Η κ. Νατάσα ήταν άψογη σαν οικοδεσπότης, έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για την τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος, δεν απαίτησε την αποχώρηση μας από το χώρο πρίν της 11 , όπως συμβαίνει συνήθως. Ήταν απόλυτα συνεργάσιμη. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ σύγχρονα επιπλωμένο, με ολα τα είδη πρώτης ανάγκης (π.χ εμφιαλωμένα νερά, σίδερο/ σιδερώστρα, διάφορες μηχανές του καφέ, τοστιέρα,ψυγείο μεγάλο, πλυντήριο (ακόμα και καλάθι για τα άπλυτα) κτλ). Άνετο μπαλκόνι + αυλή για να παίζουν τα παιδιά. Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ (οικογένεια με δύο μικρά παιδιά).

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

Sehr nette Gastgeber mit einem wunderschönen Haus am Hügel! Haben auf unsere Anfrage auch ein bisschen Kleidung gewaschen & und tolle Tipps (mit Broschüre) gegeben. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Ps.: In der Beschreibung steht irgendwo, Kinder dürften am Pool & Spielplatz nicht unbeaufsichtigt sein- es gibt kein Pool aber wir haben es auch nicht erwartet :) denke das war ein Übersetzungsfehler.

We immediately felt at home in Vaso and Ioannis' holiday apartment. The facilities are impeccable and Vaso was incredibly helpful. The large balcony, which runs around the corner, adds to the wonderful holiday feeling.

Ідеальне місце для відпочинку! Квартира повністю відповідає фото. Дуже зручне ліжко, тиша вночі і вдень, чисто! Кухня обладнана всім необхідним для приготування їжі! Господарі доброзичливі й завжди на зв’язку. Виникли проблеми з автомобілем і звернулись до Константініуса за допомогою щодо пошуку сервісу і все успішно було вирішено! Точно рекомендуємо відвідати це помешкання!

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

The apartment is more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. Clean, and equipped with almost everything you may need in your vacation. Host is very responsive and helps with everything you need. You have parking park inside the yard. The only remark I can make, is the wifi. It is really slow with many interruptions, and was not sufficient for remote work. Other than that, definitely recommend this apartment.

Even in the wintertime the apartment was perfect. Starting with a free parking place and easy check-in, you will have everything at your disposal. Me and my wife felt at home... a very luxury and well-designed one! We will be back for another child-free weekend... for sure.

Es war alles perfekt😊 die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und in der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen!! Katerina war jederzeit zu erreichen und gab uns auch viele Tipps. Nur zu empfehlen

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

Le logement est spacieux, nous avons pu séjourner à 8, 4 adultes et 4 enfants, il est à proximité de la plage de Niki ( 5 minutes à pieds) et pas loin de pas mal des belles plages de la région, l’appartement était propre et les hôtes très accueillant, nous les avons prévenus que nous risquons d’arriver un peu plutôt et ils ont fait en sorte de nous permettre de récupérer les clés rapidement.

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful place with a very private feel to it. Feels like you’re in your own place far away in a forest but it’s just a quick walk into town. The host was also lovely and so helpful, highly recommend.

A casa di Themis ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è molto tranquilla. Siamo stati accolti dai suoi genitori che sono stati molto gentili e premurosi. La casa è spaziosa e lo spazio esterno è comodo e molto ben tenuto. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. I letti sono comodi. La signora ci ha preparato un’ottima pita. Esperienza positiva.

Accommodation is near the centre of the village. The accommodation itself was fine. At night expect noise from passing noisy motorbikes, otherwise relatively quiet. Fine location for walking around the area.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Se cercate un posto tranquillo, circondato da ulivi, animali e host amichevoli questo fa sicuramente per voi.Ottima posizione per visitare Sithonia!La cucina è super attrezzata e nuova, non mancava veramente nulla.

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

Marianthi ist eine tolle und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Neos Marmaras ist ein idyllischer Hafenort auf einer idyllischen Halbinsel. Die Wohnung war genau das, was wir gesucht hatten: nah und fußläufig zum Strand (übrigens traumhaft schön für einen „Stadtstrand“), etwas außerhalb der Stadt und mit einer großen Küche. Es war alles Wichtige zu Beginn vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Matratze im Doppelbett war für meinen Geschmack als Seitenschläferin zu hart. Da wir nur zu Zweit waren bin ich dann aufs Zustellbett ausgewichen, das etwas weicher war.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—just 50 meters from the sea in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment itself is spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms, two lovely terraces, and a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen. It easily accommodates up to six people. Everything you could possibly need for everyday life is provided—plenty of dishes, cooking essentials, spices, and even air conditioning in every room. There’s also a washing machine, making it feel like a true home away from home. Dimitris's hospitality was exceptional. He stocked the fridge with water, juice, wine, and even surprised us with a bottle of homemade ouzo as a gift! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen entspannten und sehr gut organisierten Aufenthalt! Zudem waren unsere Gastgeber äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Alles war da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Das Appartement war sinnvoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und nutzbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einwandfrei! Sehr nette Leute!!! Gerne wieder 😉

We had a fantastic 10 days at Eleni's place. The flat was spotless and extremely well-equipped. The neighbourhood was very quiet. The location was great - just out of the village, but within walking distance. There was a mini-market a minute's walk from the apartment that sold everything needed. Eleni was super friendly and responsive. We'd definitely return.

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!
