We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Adam’s place! The house is lovely and clean and was very spacious for us four adults. It was the perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls, as it’s an easy 20-minute drive away.

Beautiful, peaceful spot with a big backyard and gorgeous view. Enjoyed watching Sarah’s horses feed on the grass in the pasture next to the backyard. Even got to feed them some apples! The location is very convenient and only a few minute drive to East Aurora village. Sarah was a great host!

Michael’s place was exactly as pictured & described. The space was clean, beds were VERY comfy, the back yard was a great size with an awesome deck and there was more than enough linens & dish ware. Michael was a very responsive host & accommodated our early check in request so our little one could nap on schedule. We had a small issue with the dishwasher while there & Michael quickly responded with an easy solution. Was nice to be able to have our pup there & the high chair was a great bonus for our little. I would definitely recommend this place!

We had an incredible stay at Nicole’s place. It was for my bachelorette and we absolutely fell in love with each small detail. It was perfectly crafted to suit all possible needs. We had such a wonderful time and I would recommend her place to others in a heartbeat!

The house was absolutely beautiful, and in perfect shape, and very well stocked. It had a beautiful private backyard and a large deck. Everything was clean, and ready to go. Heiner was hands-on, and couldn’t be nicer. Would highly recommend it to anybody, who is visiting Niagara Falls. Very close to the Falls and to restaurants and all the other attractions. Had a wonderful time. Plus, he welcomed my dog with open arms, which was so wonderful. She definitely enjoyed the backyard! The neighbors were great, as well. If you are going to Niagara Falls; this is the place to stay!

The location is perfect right on the water and there are convenient walking paths to explore the surrounding area. The house has great exterior spaces for enjoying the beautiful views of the river. Billie was very communicative and proactive in sharing recommendations, would highly recommend!

We just finished a wonderful stay. The house was lovely - it had all the amenities mentioned and was nicely appointed. The living space is large and comfortable with cozy couches and a big dining table. Everything worked well and was clean and organized. I was especially grateful to Sabira for checking in on us on our arrival day - they even offered to turn the lights on since our flight got in late. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone in the area, and we hope to stay again during our annual spring visit to Cheektowaga.

I usually do not leave reviews but this place deserves it. We (husband & 2 corgis included) really enjoyed our stayed. Check-in was easy and Sonia was great to communicate with. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Close (10 - 15 min) to stores if needed and to the Falls. Great place to relax after a long day of walking around. The hosts are super nice people and we wouldn't hesitate to book again once you come back.

We had a great family trip to see Niagara Falls and the surrounding attractions. The house met our needs and Rainbow went above and beyond with her communication to ensure we had everything we needed.

This place is a GEM!! It’s SO peaceful, in a scenic location (we were watching the ice floes in the Niagara River), right along a fantastic walking/biking path, close to ALL the vineyards, and less than 10 minutes drive to Niaga-on-the-Lake. The house is really well setup for a big family, or even a couple families - the combo of the Queen bed and twin bed in each room is awesome - the master bedroom has two queen beds. There were three separate seating areas so you can spread out, but the design of the house is also good for a big group dinner or relaxing. We enjoyed the huge fenced in yard, and it was perfect to keep little ones and a puppy contained so they could run free in the snow. It was -14C, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or gazebo, but it looks like it’d be a great place to spend a day when things warm up. In short, this AMAZING property is in a safe, peaceful, gorgeous area and will absolutely be our number one choice for a stay when we come back to town!

The hostess was very responsive and hospitable! The beds were very comfortable and we didn’t want for extra pillows, towels, blankets, etc. The pool was clean and the deck was enjoyed each morning with a cup of coffee. The area felt very safe. We could spread out and come together when needed. We were in town for a family gathering and it was the perfect set up!

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

We loved our week at this house! Our family of seven adults had a fantastic time cooking in the spacious kitchen, relaxing in the sauna, taking sunset strolls along the beach, and reading in cozy nooks with views of the lake through the trees. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, right around the corner from the Friendship Trail (great for running or biking), and an easy 30–40 minute drive to both Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Bryan, Katie, and their team were incredibly responsive and have gone above and beyond to make this home special. From the cold plunge tub and luxurious bathrobes to the beautiful dishware, every detail has been carefully considered to create a comfortable and memorable stay. If this home is available, book it! It’s idyllic.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Danish was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend—would definitely stay again!

A lovely house on a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood, off the beaten path but close to everything. Spotless, spacious, all the amenities, a lovely screened-in porch, deck and back yard. I wish we’d had warmer weather to hang out on the porch! Any questions we had, our host quickly answered. We would love to come back!

Very cute and family friendly stay, would recommend this place for anyone visiting Buffalo, house is clean and had everything you need nice and ready. Hosts were great and had good communication. 10/10 will come back when back in town again.

Prefect for visiting Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The kids had so much fun with the games at the home. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortably.

We chose Michael's place at the last minute due to another air bnb cancelling on us without notice. We are glad that we chose this place as Michael was very welcoming and responsive. The location was easy to find and close to where we wanted to be. The place is small, but that is very clear on the posting. We really only needed a place to sleep and shower as we were attending a family event in Clarence. The area is nice with a really cute coffee shop with great food in a walkable distance (about a 1/4 of a mile). There are sidewalks to it's a safe walk. There are also a few other shops, but we didn't visit them. Directly across the street there is a gas station convenience store - great for essentials such as ice, beer, snacks, etc. The house is on a main road, but we didn't notice any traffic noise. The kitchen is adorable and up to date as is the remainder of the house. We didn't a chance to use the solo fire pit due to the weather :(.

Umesh's place was beyond perfect! I chose it because of its proximity to UB's South Campus - and it made things much easier than any hotel would have. To say the apartment was clean is an understatement. It sparkled! And it didn't just smell good - it was absolutely lovely! Everything I needed was provided. Instructions were very clear, no confusion. We were so comfortable. Of note, I was a little intimidated by backing out of the driveway into the busy street, but after I did it once, it wasn't as bad as I thought.

Very lovely house. The photos don’t do justice to the place. The host Emma is super responsive and always available. The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained.The place is close to Niagara Falls. I do wish they started leaving extra trash bags at home, Not just Emma and Joshua but all Airbnb hosts in general. Overall a great experience stating there. Will definitely give them a try again in our next visit.

The neighborhood is awesome. The house and all amenities were is pristine condition and the host was always responsive to any text even late at night.
