Monthly Rentals in Amherst Junction

I stayed in this location for a month and a half and the place is great! It is quiet, cozy, has plenty of room for an individual person, and it is within walking distance to a grocery store. The town and neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Patricia was responsive to any concerns I had and explained directions clearly. The heating vent was a bit noisy, but it kept the house warm during the coldest of winter. I would recommend this place for anyone going to Stevens Point who needs their own space and doesn't mind staying in a small house!

Space is part of a duplex in a new subdivision. It's spacious, clean, and well set up for a family or group. There's a small backyard but no fence in case you're planning to bring a dog. Our group would definitely stay again.

We (5 ladies) stayed for a weekend to celebrate a birthday, and this was a beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed the open, clean, modern farmhouse space. The kitchen was well-stocked and the appliances worked well. It was so cool to visit with the goats and chickens (I brought cracked corn to feed them) and kitties, and waking up to the rooster crow was unique. I would be happy to go back!

It's a lovely country setting. The schoolhouse, from years past, has wonderful reminders of that era. There are also the modern conveniences to make it very comfortable. My mother had gone to a one- room schoolhouse when she was a young girl. What a treat this was for her also! It was very nice meeting Judy and hearing some of the history of the family and the schoolhouse.
