Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Amersfoort

I’m emotional about leaving this absolute treasure of a rental- wish we could stay forever. We booked Darley’s on the recommendation of well-traveled local friends who literally *moved* to Hilversum after staying here and told us it was the best Airbnb of all time. (These friends also know that I’m finicky about vacation rentals and generally prefer hotels.) I’m SO glad we listened to them. This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful, well-appointed, lavish, thoughtfully stocked, gorgeously furnished, comfortable Airbnb ever, and now I’m probably ruined for all others. It could have been half as incredible for twice the price - we’d still be delighted. I’ve never felt more at home while traveling. We had all the privacy, comfort, provisions, fresh flowers and fruit, random fun perks, great water pressure, immaculate cleanliness, inspiring corners, luxurious linens, and other copious supplies we didn’t know we needed. Thank you, Marielise, for the Airbnb experience of a lifetime. WOW.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alphabet Apartments! The apartment itself was spotless and exactly how we expected it to be looking at the photos. The only downsides I will say are the door-code is a little temperamental when entering the building/apartment and we were expected to clean dishes and linen (which we were happy to do!) but weren’t provided with dishwasher tablets or laundry tablets.

We had an excellent stay at Bruno Residence. Marjolein is a lovely host. She accommodated our request to drop luggage off early, and helped us along the way with some technical issues unrelated to the apartment. The apartment is great. Tons of natural light. It's the last apartment on the floor so it's dead quiet. The kitchen had just about everything we needed for a long stay (4 weeks). The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. Perfect water pressure in the shower. Reliable WiFi. Perfect for a long stay. Hilversum is a gem. Lots to do and see. Tourist Info (outside the rail station) was very helpful; lots of ideas for what to see in and around Hilversum. Market days in Hilversum are Wed & Sat.Plenty of fresh fish, veggies and fruit, delicious cheeses and fresh bread. Easy rail access to all the major tourist sights. Bike rental close to rail station and TI. We did not want to leave. When we return to the Netherlands, hopefully Bruno Residence will be available.

The apartment is in a really good place, close to shopping, city and train station. The photos match what you meet, which is super nice! Huge recommendation from here if you don't want to stay inside Amsterdam itself!

Lovely and helpful couple with the most adorable little dog. The neighbourhood is really quiet and peaceful, but yet within easy walking distance from all the restaurants and cafés. There are plenty of parks nearby, for running or calisthenics.

The house is situated in a great area, you are quickly in Amersfoort and Utrecht. It's spacious and has everything you need. The property is large enough for children to play and jump on the trampoline. The landlords are easily accessible and very helpful. Someone came by on the first day to help us with a problem. 👍 Only downside: the walls are very thin and bright. Unfortunately, in the bedrooms you can also hear the neighbors very well when they sit outside and talk. For sensitive ears, the house may not be the optimal choice in the warm season. All in all, a great place and highly recommended!

This house has not only all the conveniences, but also has a very warm look. This is reflected in the material choice, design, surprising elements, very good bed and a photo back wall in the bedroom that you really need to see. Lots of sensible books as an extra. We came to rest from a renovation and we really enjoyed it. I was really able to answer any questions at Rik's place and he was quick to respond. We'd love to come back here.

Stayed at Mariëtte's house for 3 nights during the Easter days. Before the start, Mariëtte gave us clear instructions about the house and tips to discover Amersfoort. The house has a nice kitchen, spacious living room and a bathroom with a nice bath and spacious shower. We did everything on foot and were 20 minutes in the center of Amersfoort. If you have the chance to book this house, I would definitely recommend it.

Really a warm, cozy and cozy house. Super clean all and actually more fun than in the photos. For example, I hadn't seen the shower in the bathroom well in the pictures - but it's fine too. Spacious double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom upstairs, downstairs spacious and well equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area. Excellent heating in all rooms, quick to arrange yourself, so no cold! They also have a small garden, and it is nicely located almost around the house. Quite a lot of privacy inside due to beautiful plantings outside. The Vermeerstraat is a relatively busy street - I was lucky because it is currently closed to through traffic ;-) You can walk to the center for about 20 minutes, the other way you are already in a beautiful forest after 10 minutes. In short - great location and absolutely a nice house! Can recommend it to everyone.

We really enjoyed spending a few days here! It was quiet and very nicely decorated!

Lizette was very responsive and communicative. The house is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The kitchen requires some fixing but overall the stay for family 2+2 was more then comfortable. The house is nicely furnished and located in a very quiet and narrow street, close to the shop and small local center. There are few small kids playgrounds as well but you definitely need a car to move around. Amersfoort center is 15 min drive. Our host left toys for our kids which was really nice :) Kids room is more for younger kids as the two beds are very small for 7 years old. If you are looking for a comfortable family place I would recommend to book this property.

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays. I enjoyed the location, house decor and design, and the atmosphere. The host was my best host to date. She was over the top helpful and super kind. Pictures don’t do her place justice. It’s a cute little space!
