A spacious, modern furnished house with various sun terraces! Within 5 minutes' distance of the cozy city center and beautiful park. We have a beautiful detached cottage of 70 m2 available. It has originally been a wagon workshop whose old wooden balks are still visible. In the meantime, the place has been strongly insulated and modernized with underfloor heating, a full kitchen, bathroom and large projection screen (bring your own laptop).
