Baarn’s charming town centre is nearby, and major highways provide fast access to Utrecht (25 min) and Amsterdam (30 min).

A spacious ground-floor flat with a high ceiling, recently renovated. The location is the best, within walking distance from Utrecht central station, in the cosy neighbourhood of Lombok. While very central, you can still hear the birds. 
 Cafes, shops, restaurants, a park and a canal are all within walking distance. Open kitchen and living room, small garden. One bedroom, shower en-suite. I look forward to welcoming lovely, clean, and tidy people who will treat my lovely home with care.

Onze accommodatie ligt in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De ruimte is vlakbij alle mooie musea, goede restaurants en cafés. U zult genieten van mijn plek omdat het een accommodatie in een eeuwenoude werfkelder is, met alles erop en eraan. De kelder is begin 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken met benodigde apparatuur. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor dagjesmensen, stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Green (family) oasis within walking distance of the city center

Authentic, comfortable workers' house (1910) with lovely garden. A quiet place in a village piece of Utrecht and yet close to shops, stations and the center, with all kinds of nice coffee and eateries "around the corner". There are 3-4 sleeping places: the "master bedroom" (bed 140x200) and the sofa bed in the living room (120x200), all without morning sun. Furthermore, you can possibly put your own cot in the room of one of my daughters.

Enjoy this nice house with lovely, deep garden to the south. 4 separate bedrooms, lovely sofa , nice dining table, new kitchen. You can watch TV via a projector. The house is less than 10 min. bikes from Centraal Station Amersfoort. Amersfoort is a nice city with museums, picturesque streets, cozy market on Fridays and Saturdays. We are in Amersfoort-Zuid, near estate den Treek and the Utrecht ridge. Ideal places to enjoy nature!

Lovely terraced house in a car-free street with unobstructed views. Just minutes away from the river Vecht and the old picturesque center of Maarssen. Close to nature reserves and the recreation area of the Maarseveense lakes. The cities of Utrecht and Amsterdam are also close by (20-25 minutes by car). Lovely place to relax. The house has a nice kitchen with dishwasher, oven and gas stove. There are solar panels on the roof.
