The apartment is devided over 2 floors and had a total size of around 120 square meter. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family with (young) kids, 2 couples or single couples who needs some extra space. Also business- and solo-travellers are more than welcome to stay. On the first floor: A toilet and small room with desk, a spacious living room with large sofa, TV (with Chromecast) and music equipment. Via the living room there is an entrance to the balcony. Open kitchen with all facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher. This whole floor has the authentic high ceilings which give a very spacious feeling. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

Marjan's space is exceptional, exactly as described and shown in the listing photos. It was extremely clean and it's super cozy, we felt at home. Marjan was very attentive and there were several tips for restaurants and tours available. The location is not close to the center of Amsterdam (40 minutes by car or 1h-1h30 by public transport), however, it was not a problem.

Everything was great! Elizabeth was very kind and the apartment was awsome. We had everything we needed and it was like a coming home everyday. The neighborhood was very calm and beautiful and it didn’t take long to walk to the center of the city or the central station. The kitchen was great for cooking and the bed was very comfy! We would definitely come back! Thanks to you Lisa for making our vacation so great :)

We loved this place! The location was everything we could ask for. It was convenient to everything we needed. Hearing the bells of the Dom Tower and the Speelklok daily was such fun. There were a couple of maintenance issues but Ronald responded promptly and remedied the problems. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was very clean and there was everything necessary. If you have any questions or the like, the host was easy to contact and got back to you very promptly. The arrival went smoothly and the check-in was explained to us in detail in advance. After check-in, we were also personally welcomed by the host and all our questions were answered and tips for our time in Amsterdam were given. All in all, it was a great stay where we felt very comfortable and welcome. We recommend the accommodation as well as Amsterdam again and again :)

The stay at Marjolein and Michiel's was exceptionally nice and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambiance with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site to the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, as well as to Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the courtyard. Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay!! Nice place for a short getaway on the Lower Rhine. Heike and Mike are very friendly and, although you are in the same house, you feel very private. The Edeka just around the corner is well stocked and there are plenty of bike paths leading to the different places in the area.

Very nice apartment, really in the center! The host, Jurgen, responds quickly and kindly. Upon reception, you will feel right at home and pleasantly surprised by the luxurious look and all the comforts in and of the apartment. You can also roll down into the city and can also enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, sunbeds & a table on the beautiful roof terrace in peace. Jurgen also has nice tips for cafes in the city! We'd love to come back!
