Beautiful atmospheric thatched 8-person holiday home with air conditioning throughout, a nice fireplace, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with sauna and bubble bath. There is a lovely spacious enclosed garden with lounge set, sun loungers, garden furniture and bbq. There is a lovely play lawn for the children, and there are many bunnies walking around. Experience Ameland at its best. Our house and the entire interior were completely renovated in November 2021. The house is a semi-detached house.

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Holiday apartment " Het Loo " is on the outskirts of the characteristic village of Ballum with the beach and mudflats 1.5 km away. This wonderfully and fully furnished holiday apartment is built in an atmosphere of full farmhouse. With private terrace adjacent to a very spacious garden. For hiking, biking or horseback rides this is the ideal base. The apartment is very suitable for life connoisseurs,families (with kids), couples and adventurers. You will feel welcome and at home here!

The apartment is modernly furnished and has recently been completely renovated. In the kitchen you can cook and at the large dining table you can enjoy dining. The TV can be watched on the lounge sofa and even Netflix is in the subscription. The apartment is only 300 meters from the beach and also nearby are the dunes and the forest. Everything is within walking distance. In the village, 5 minutes cycling is a cozy shopping street, several restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

Our spacious six-person house has all the comforts and is a good base to discover the beautiful wadden island of Ameland. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed. The living room is spaciously laid out with a separate seating area with TV and a dining area with a large dining table. The open kitchen has an oven, gas stove, fridge and more than enough crockery. There are also 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, basin, and toilet. All this on 1,000m2 of private property

Indeling en faciliteiten - Woonkamer met eethoek en zithoek en tv - Volledig uitgeruste keuken - 2 Slaapkamers - Douche met toilet - Terras Camping Onze stacaravan staat op camping Roosdunen in Ballum (plek 100). Op de camping zijn verschillende speeltuinen, een snackbar, in de zomer animatie voor de kinderen, een buitenzwembad en midgetgolf. De camping ligt tegen de duinen aan en zowel het dorp Ballum als het beleefstrand Ballum zijn op loofafstand bereikbaar.

Superb tent house, you can't get closer to the sea!

Tent house in a super location, right on the beach entrance. Go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Take the chairs and glasses especially to the beach and enjoy the sunset. We believe in our own responsibility and do not charge for cleaning costs. This means the stay is cheaper and arrival/departure times are flexible! This also means that we expect to be cleaned properly, there will be no cleaning service in between!

Studio Dit Small Island

How wonderful when a dream comes true. Come and enjoy my Tiny house "Dit Kleine Eiland". 16m2 of pure coziness, quietly located at the edge of the city center of Nes. 20 min walk and you are at the harbor, and thus the Wad (sting oysters!). Come, together or alone, enjoy that beach walk. Enjoy the evening sun with a cold glass of wine on your own terrace or walk (2min) into the village for the culinary delights Nes has to offer.

"NORTH WIND" is the name of our chalet on the beautiful holiday island, Ameland. Our chalet is located on the most beautiful spot of campsite Roosdunnen, in the village of Ballum. Camping and chalet are fully equipped. The beautiful North Sea beach is within walking distance.
