The place was ideal for the trip to Tenerife. The hosts always responded quickly to questions and made the stay very pleasant. The apartment matches the pictures and the pool was also very clean!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

Wonderful family holiday! We spent a week in April 2025 in this accommodation in Tenerife – as a family with two children (6 and 10 years old) – and can absolutely recommend it. The location of the accommodation is really fantastic: located directly on the sea with a magnificent view of the small harbor from the terrace. The area is pleasantly quiet and perfect for relaxing. Restaurants and shopping are easily accessible. The apartment itself is cozy, clean and well maintained. Even though the furniture is not state-of-the-art, everything was in a very neat condition. The host was available at all times and always responded quickly. A printed manual on site with notes and recommendations would have been helpful. There are also three pools in the surrounding area that you can use – the kids loved it! Conclusion: If you are not looking for a high class luxury, but a well-equipped accommodation in a top location, this is the place to be!

Fabulous apartment in great location with amazing views. In a local area within 5 minutes walk of plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. Not really a tourist area but the local environment was very friendly and prices of food and drink very reasonable and cheaper than the San Blas area which was only a 20 minute walk away. Bus stops very close and good service. If you want a peaceful holiday with sun on the terrace from mid-morning to sunset and a great welcome from locals then this apartment is ideal.

Luis is an amazing host. Unfortunately, due to a personal reasons, I couldn't stay the whole time. But I would definitely recommend everyone to stay there!

Everything perfect, as described. The apartment was very clean and cozy. In the same park, you can find bars and a supermarket open late, which is very convenient for those on vacation. You can also use the complex's pool, but it was still a little cold in May. Recommended 👍🏻

Very nice stay. Very clear communication. The apartment is very pleasant, very clean. It may be missing a little bit of dishes. Easy parking. I would recommend it!

This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

Absolutely perfect . Great location , Andrii always helpful and an issue with air con rectified immediately ( thank you Jean). Will definitely revisit . Restaurants were good with El Delfin great and Romantica very good paella . The Italian La Parma good as well .

A beautiful house with excellent conditions, very close to the ocean, stunning views, a good restaurant nearby, the host is responsive and easy to communicate with — we are very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea accessible to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It is a real gem, beautifully decorated and has high rooms with an exciting floor plan. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The different terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children playing on the beach from the lower seat while relaxing in the deck chair. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves allowed us to sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and the upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it was not bad that the Wi-Fi had failed a few times. The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

A lovely stay with a lovely terrace!

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Miguel was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is very nice with a great terrace with beautiful views of the bay of El Médano! We would definitely come back!

Pablo and Ena’s apartment was absolutely perfect. Very easy to find and access. Beautifully decorated and so clean and tidy. It’s situated 2 mins from a small supermarket and 5 mins to a larger one just around the corner. Very easy 8/10 mins stroll to many restaurants and bars! The pool area has plenty of sun beds. Was very quiet there too, very relaxing. There is a taxi rank just at the bottom of the road where we can get a taxi to the airport(30 euro). Thank you Pablo and Ena especially for our lovely note, very sweet of you. 😌 We will return one day!

We had a great time at Maya's apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very large, very nice and the view is magnificent. Parking space in a well-secured garage. Access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. Everything is designed to make the stay go well. Access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. We really recommend it. We would sincerely like to come back. The place is ideally located for visiting the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. It is close to Reina Sofia Airport but we do not hear or see any planes. When you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect. Maya is responsive and welcoming. She is committed to her guests having a great time and it is successful.

Our stay was lovely. We had a small issue with a leaking Kettle and Gabriella replaced this straight away with no issue. Garbriella as host was very helpful and very attentive. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment. ❤️

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.

First of all, I want to thank Betty and Jose Antonio for good communication and for the surprise. Betty bought a cake and candles for my daughter's 10th birthday. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed included, especially for our baby. The pool was very clean and the water warm.We were also close to the sea and shops. We will definitely come back.

Very nice, clean, well-equipped and quiet place to stay in a great location. Good starting point for a variety of activities, whether beach or active vacation. Flexible check-in or out. Migle is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Everything is tip-top, I'd love to come back!
