Monthly Rentals in Amacuzac

The stay was very pleasant and quiet. The house is very large, spacious and comfortable. It has fans in every bedroom and the stay. The area is very quiet and is a central place if you want to move to Taxco, Tequesquitengo, Jardines de México and Acapulco. The pool was always very clean (they gave maintenance every third day) thanks to Mr. Nacho, who was also very kind, he recommended many places, got us out of all our doubts and recommended rich places to eat. Thank you very much for everything.

Honestly I was a little nervous about booking this place because it seemed too good to be true. This unit really is an amazing gem at a crazy good value for the price. The neighborhood is gated and felt safe and friendly. There is a large park across the street from the unit with a playground and basketball court etc. The neighborhood has almost everything you need from little stores, but there is also a nearby Walmart. It’s a short drive to Cuernavaca. The unit itself has hot water (not always a guarantee in Mexico), solid internet, a decent sized fridge for longer stays, and even a washing machine for clothes. The host was always responsive and friendly and seemed truly interested in making our stay in the unit as pleasant as possible. The biggest thing though was the absolutely insanely good price. I’m reluctant to mention it because we want to come stay again but honestly I think the host should raise the price. 🤷‍♂️

The stay at Casa Guava was very pleasant, pleasant and quiet, the house is as they appear in the photos, very good cleanliness, Miguel was very attentive to us and always attentive to any inconvenience that arose. Highly recommended. We loved our stay at Casa Guava.

My family and I had an excellent stay. We really enjoyed the place, which is exactly as shown in the photos. The facilities were very nice, the pool was clean and my pet also enjoyed it. The service was timely and very good quality. We definitely consider returning.
