In the immediate vicinity is the Harz National Park, Hainich National Park, the Kyffhäuser, the Bear Park in Worbis, the Straußberg Monkey Forest, the Sonnenstein Skywalk, the Harz adrenaline at the Rappbodetalsperre and many other interesting destinations for young and old or large and small. Hiking enthusiasts will get their money's worth right outside the front door in the surrounding Ohm Mountains.

Welcome to the Müllerstube

Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Vacation in the countryside

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

A cozy two-room apartment renovated in 2022 awaits you with connections to the city center and in direct contact with nature. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. From the property, it is only a 5-minute walk to the best beer gardens and restaurants in the city. Our most popular hiking trails and mountain bike trails are just a 15-minute walk away. Shopping is within walking distance in 200 meters.

The accommodation is facing the garden. A large terrace and garden can be used by guests. Access to the apartment is through the garden. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, with a butcher and bakery, a café, another bakery and a pharmacy. Breitenworbis is located on the A 38 with a direct exit. There are many leisure activities in the surrounding area. A bear park, leisure pools, borderland museum, and much more.

Vacation home for a break in Nordhausen/Harz

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Bungalow between forest sounds and birdsong

Bungalow between the sound of the forest and the chirping of birds: the ideal place to escape from everyday life. In 2020, as a family project, we renovated the bungalow with natural materials. Minimalist design between Scandi Chic and built-in forest. Hiking in the Harz Mountains or relaxing on the sofa - our accommodation fulfills all vacation wishes.

Lavender Vacation Rental

Between Vogelberg and Windolskopf in the beautiful Bleicherode you can find peace to relax, take beautiful forest walks and enjoy life in the countryside (in the city). The apartment is located in our approximately 150-year-old half-timbered house. We also live in this house as a landlord family and are usually easily accessible for you.

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
