BK was a wondeeful host! The place is conveniently located , close to pondy bazaar and sangeetha restaurant. The flat is clean and well maintained, no.bugs at all. It has everything you need: wifi, hot water, washing machine, kitchen with conduction hotplate and utensils/pans, spacious bedroom wirh lots of storage. Great stay in Tnagar!

I stayed at Raghunathan’s place to do my wedding shopping during my stay in Chennai and it was the best decision. The house was spacious, had a fully functional kitchen and super close to restaurants and shops in the heart of Chennai. Special shoutout to the caretaker Lakshmi who took care of all our needs. She was very responsive and went above and beyond. She was very flexible about our requests for housekeeping and made the whole checkin process smooth :) Would love to stay again when we are in Chennai.

Such a wonderful place to stay - full of light and up in the trees. Great location, very comfortable - highly recommended. Fathima was really great too and super helpful. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Chennai!

Thank you sir for letting us stay at your property. I was in Chennai for my father's treatment and we needed a place where we could rest and cook meals for ourselves while we were doing rounds at the hospital. Mr Balaji was very clear about the rules and was very accommodative and responsive. The place is clean and it is a quiet neighbourhood. It is in an accessible area and delivery apps run well too. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook yourself a good meal. That really helped. Thank you again! I would recommend this place to everyone :)
