Vine cottage is a spacious but cosy two bedroom self contained annex that sleeps 4 people . Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Vine cottage is a stone throw from a lovely village pub, pizza and Indian restaurant and cocktail bar

Light, airy, spacious guesthouse built onto our home. Completely private with all amenities of a self catering home. We have friendly dogs that do have access our garden daily and will join you on your veranda off the main bedroom if they are outside. The village has alot of fabulous walks in the area and we have leaflets/maps in the house for your reference. A lively pub just a stride away with live entertainment most weekends. Visitors of our guests must be named and agreed prior to arrival

The annex is completely private to the main cottage and is ideally situated for beautiful walks, or as a base if working in the area. I have a separate entrance to the main cottage, on-hand as required.

I absolutely recommend Leo and Rochelle’s place. The property is located in a lovely and picturesque village. Although away from the hustle and bustle of a city, there are a couple of pubs/restaurants in the village - beautiful and characteristic buildings that look like a postcard. Check-in was seamless, property and its furnishing is of a high standard and fantastic quality. Decor is impeccable and the welcome guide was personalised and professional. I only stayed for a night but there were a couple of things that stood out: 1) comfiest bed - I currently have a backache and the mattress was so comfy that I woke up without any aches (I own a Simba mattress). I asked the host for the mattress brand (no joke). 2) lovely fresh orange juice - not those cheap concentrate ones that you sometimes find. 3) very helpful and responsive host - I wanted to go for a run and the host (a runner too), wrote detailed instructions of a running route. 5 stars across the board - I will be back!

We had such a lovely stay, the area was so cute and well laid out. Bed was comfy and it was very cozy in general. The views were stunning! Lots of nature and very tranquil. Really well stocked with equipment we required. All round, a fabulous find. Only issue was the hot water running out a bit quick. Otherwise, I would recommend for anyone who wants a peaceful get-away :)

Stephen is amazing, personable, responsive, ready with helpful actionable suggestions if you need them . The place itself is on a beautiful , riverside property, with beautifully maintained garden, swimming pool. It is 10 minutes drive from Peterborough and 25 minutes form Stomford, and has many trails and walks around that you can explore.

The place was a little hard to find at first due to gps issues as explained in the description but once we found it the location is amazing! Very central to everything. Very private and quiet and feels safe. The parking garage is a little tricky to find and the gate is actually gray or metal colored so it may have changed since the description said black. Literally the location is perfect. It was worth it and I will definitely be staying again!

A beautifully converted brick and slate cottage outhouse. Walk down to the end of a romantic, pebbled, garden path, among trees and flowers to an idyllic, completely private and silent, fairytale summer house, stylishly furnished. Outside an oak picnic table and chairs for dining with barbecue. On the night we arrived we could be found sitting on the grass, leaning on the nearest tree drinking tea at midnight, dappled light emanating from our cottage, well equipped for two people. Elton is a film set, begging to be strolled around at every opportunity. The Crown, 200 yards away, has great catering. Sue is welcoming, flexible, offering help without any intrusion.

Great flat with lots of space and everything we needed, and lots of parking - easy walk into Peterborough, just what we wanted! Very good communication as well.
