Welcome to Casa do Sapateiro! This green retreat is located in a small village at the foot of Serra dos Candeeiros, an hour's drive from Lisbon. It invites you to enjoy the surrounding calm, cool off in the pool, read a book in the patio room amidst the plants, or have a glass of wine in front of the large fireplace. Being an old house integrated into the village, it was renovated in 2007 and since then enriched by the affection of my parents who made it a true green oasis overlooking the mountains.

Imagine staying in a renovated 19th century windmill, immersing yourself in the peaceful forest surroundings. Nested on top of a forested hill, the windmill location allows you to enjoy the adjacent trails and bathe in nature and also explore some of the best Silver coast beaches, only a few min away. Explore Nazaré, a quaint fisherman's town, known for the biggest waves in the world, the picturesque port town of Sao Martinho and the medieval village of Óbidos, all only a few minutes away.

Torre Branca Apt, Caldas da Rainha, Silver Coast

Torre Branca Apartment is situated in the small, quiet village of Torre, Salir de Matos, Silver Coast, only 50 minutes from Lisbon. It is a completely self contained, comfortable space with it's own entrance. Every window and both terraces have beautiful country views overlooking orchards and forest. It is quiet and serene and yet within walking distance to a lively cafe which serves excellent meals. It is 15 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the lovely town of Caldas da Rainha.

This luxuriously design house (A) is located in Martim Joanes (Silver Coast), about 50 minutes from Lisbon airport, located on a quiet hill (5 min drive from the center of Cadaval). In the region there are several beautiful sights, beautiful nature, surfing paradise, beaches, nice restaurants, ... Twin A has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 living room. So available for 4 persons. The pool is to share with the other twin house B. Heated pool from May till end October.

A serene 3 bedroom apartment in a unique location where the Atlantic meets Obidos lagoon. In a quiet spot by the forest, 300m to the nearest beach. One of the 3 apartments in a traditional Portuguese house this unit occupies the whole 1st floor and features a long balcony, however it does not have a garden space. 300m to the nearest restaurants and a small supermarket. Ideal for active and cultural holidays, with perfect location for watersports (kitesurfing and surfing).

House with 4 bedrooms (all with private bathroom), large living room with piano, and well-equipped kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy a swimming pool, inflatable Jacuzzi, panoramic terrace, barbecue and wood-burning oven, several living/dining areas and two support rooms with a refrigerator, toilet, toys, slide, basketball table, foosball and bicycles. Quiet location, over the Alvorninha Dam. Good for hiking, bird and plant watching. Ideal for families and groups of friends.

Abrigo do Moleiro: Romantic Windmill from 1895

Classified as a national monument, this emblematic mill of Peniche had, since 1895 and for decades, agricultural and industrial use. Currently, completely renovated and known as “Abrigo do Moleiro,” it is a welcoming space for tourists from all over the world, providing unique memories to those who stay overnight. The beach awaits you and you can choose between the warmer water of the lagoon or the waves of the ocean. You also have at your disposal a private swimming pool that enjoys sunshine from 11am to sunset (southwest exposure)

Casa na Lagoa is our weekend escape, our house at the beach, from summer to winter. From welcoming our friends and family, it was a natural step to open the place to guests. It is much more than just the house, the comfort, the fireplace & the calmnness, it is also about the place, the empty beaches, the sunsets, the fish, & the vast lagoon. ...and our 3 children love it.
