Great old house, especially for families. It feels lived in by a family (and is decorated as such). That's great esp if you're traveling with your family; there's lots of useful things around the house and entertainments. Neighborhood is great as is the backyard!

Was a bit upset about the pool not being able to heat up but the kids still enjoyed themselves. Overall great stay

This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

Corinne was very responsive. She got back to us very quickly with answers to our questions. Her place was comfortable and perfect for us. Nice, quite location. We would stay again for sure.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful stay! Every detail was so thoughtful—from the Sensitive Dove body wash (a lifesaver for my daughter’s sensitive skin) to the soothing fountain and fragrant garden that made the whole place feel like a retreat. We loved dining outside at the large table, with those stunning doors that opened the whole space to the fresh air. The cozy cottage near the pool was the cherry on top. Truly a 10/10 experience—one of the most special Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in!

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

Great location, great stay. Beautiful and comfortable space. Worked well for our family of 4. The third bedroom felt a little far away to have our littlest stay in alone but thankfully the second bedroom had a large bed for both kids. Wagon and chairs provided were great for the beach.

We spent a long weekend at Lauren's place and it was a wonderful, relaxing home away from home. Check-in was super smooth and we absolutely loved the area the listing was in. It's walkable (or a very short drive) to many local eateries, breweries, shops, and cafes on the west side and there's also plenty of nature-oriented things to do since it's so close to the ocean — hikes, beaches, walks, parks etc. The listing itself was very clean and had everything we need. Lauren even left some snacks and drinks for us as a welcome gift which we thought was very sweet. The kitchen is well stocked for your needs there. The one small setback was that it didn't have a a full sized refrigerator so the frozen foods we bought didn't quite fit into the mini fridge's freezer section. Everything was spotless and though it was raining while we were there, we would definitely come back and enjoy the patio space next time. Highly recommend this listing for a peaceful getaway to Santa Cruz.

This home was perfect. the view from the porch was breathtaking. everything was great. safe quite location.

Everything was comfortable and attractive but the kitchen stood out. It is well appointed for a couple who are used to cooking for themselves. The neighborhood was attractive and very quiet. Parking was never a problem. It is within walking distance of two grocery stores and an entire shopping center. The WiFi is great. This unit fit our needs very well.

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. Great studio apartment, very comfortable bed, large kitchen, quick hot water in the shower. Was traveling for work and this little place checked all of the boxes.

Our stay at Caroline's place was wonderful. We have two kids so the private outdoor space was great. The location was wonderful with restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery, etc. Also walking distance to Golden Gate Park. I would definitely recommend.

Large place with a nice patio area, close enough for a walk to the beach or the park and I had a wonderful time there, grocery store within walking distance, was able to explore most of the city and the host was so sweet

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

Such a nice, secluded hideaway! The view was as amazing as it was peaceful. My family had a great time.

We had a lovely stay here with our two young kids. The house was so well-stocked with anything we could need and helpful instructions for everything. The location is great for walking to the beach, and there are sand toys and beach chairs available, as well as a great shower outdoors to rinse off sandy feet. The kids loved the games and puzzles cabinet as well as having their own room with matching twin beds. The kitchen had everything we could think of! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay! The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group and had a fantastic outdoor area where we spent a lot of time relaxing. It’s in a great location—within walking distance to a grocery store, playground, and other local spots. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The house was a peaceful oasis just moments from the heart of Santa Cruz. It had a very well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub and outdoor shower were a hit with the kids and adults. Thank you for setting up this house with families in mind—we had a fabulous time and can’t wait to come back!

Andrew was a great host who was responsive and proactive. The space was comfortable, quiet and within walking distance of the ocean. The king sized bed was comfortable. There is a small kitenette with a mini-fridge. Parking is on the street in front of the unit. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this for your visit to Santa Cruz!

Peter's Airbnb was even more beautiful in person than on the listing! It has a very relaxing, cozy, and calming atmosphere with beautiful decorations. There are trails to walk around on the property that have beautiful views and beautiful plants. I had this Airbnb for a work-trip for only 3 nights, but wished I could've stayed much longer!

Everything was clean and in working order. We would stay here again.
