Ryan's place was just perfect! My wife and son stayed there for 2 weeks and it was just the place that they needed. So clean, safe and convenient. Also, Ryan was an incredible host. He was a super clear communicator who made the check in process so easy. But the most amazing thing was that when I had an urgent package of some medications arriving that I had sent for my wife, Ryan jumped in the car and drove over ASAP to ensure that we were able to safely get the package, and he delivered it to the door!! He was awesome, would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thanks Ryan!!

Great place to stay while in DesMoines. Carl is a 5⭐️host and was extremely responsive. House is a super cool space- very welcoming and comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Private patio is fantastic… there is also a very large shared yard and gazebo. Neighborhood felt very safe- walked during the day and evening. About 6-10minute drive to downtown. Tons of on street parking. Would highly recommend choosing this property

I stayed for an extended period while working in Des Moines. Access is easy and the location is quite comfortable. Greg lives downstairs and is very friendly and accommodating, but not nosey or bothersome in the least. I could come and go as I pleased with convenient garage parking and separate access. I messed up and failed to reserve this place for next year when I have to do this again, as I would definitely stay here if it were available. Everything you need is there. I have a plethora of suits that are quite heavy, and I worried I'd break the closet rod. Greg came up with a rolling clothes rack for the bedroom. He just happened to have one of those on hand. The only downside is that the home is near the bottom of a hill that can be an issue in icy weather. The road is very narrow and just enough to squeeze by oncoming cars. There are 17 or 18 steps to get to the apartment from the garage, so that may be a problem for some guests, but I had no issues with that at all.

Great spot for a weekend stay! The location was convenient and we were within a short walk of food and entertainment downtown. The unit itself was spacious and clean. We will stay here again!

My wife and I drove down from Twin Cities (MN) to ride the high trestle trail. The location of Renee's Airbnb in Madrid was perfect. The weather early April was a bit cooler than expected so we didn't spend as much time on the trail as we would have liked but greatly enjoyed exploring Madrid and surrounding towns. Beautiful country! Renee was a great host and the Airbnb was perfect for our needs. Normally we rent entire property but we found Renee's upstairs Airbnb space very quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Dallas’s Airbnb! From the start, Dallas was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the booking process smooth and easy. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. Jennifer's place was extremly clean and comfortable. The place is an older home with older home quirks, but nothing to detract from your stay and the photos listed here are true. The kitchen was modern and functional and the bath was updated. Its located on a very quiet street that we appreciated and one of the rare rentals that has functioning blockout curtains. We had an excellent stay.

Ideal place for six members of my family as one of my brothers goes through chemo. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one floor, another bedroom and bathroom in the basement it's an additional bed. Fenced in yard for the dogs and a green space with walking path about a half block away. Very nice suburb of Des Moines. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for all of us.

The inside of the condo is lovely and has some comfortable extra touches. The value and comfort far exceeds any hotel in the area.

It’s a great place to stay. My go to for work trips

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

This unit was as described and very comfortable. The instructions on how to get into the building and then into the unit were excellent. So glad that the unit had a washer and dryer. The free assigned parking space in the parking garage was priceless! So safe and secure. Very quiet area and attached to the Des Moines Skywalk. Walkable to a large grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. Could not get the online "guide book" to open up. Could have contacted Josiah, but didn't really find a need for it. You might want to make sure you will have access to it before arriving. Highly recommend this unit and renting from Josiah.

NIce industrial/loft setting, clean and well appointed. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

Great place, had everything. Close to downtown but 10th floor so no noise Had everything you could think of. Will be back.
