The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath.
