Impeccable! Very nice place, tidy, modern and very well located. I'd definitely go back.

Great value for money! The apartment is cozy and well located if you prefer a more local neighborhood outside the historic center. Bonus points for the washing machine, smart TV, full kitchen, comfy bed and city view (the apartment is on the 6th floor). Just keep in mind that the surrounding streets can be noisy, and the apartment felt a bit too cold to me. There’s hot water but the temperature was a little tricky to adjust. Still 5 stars because you get a lot for what you pay.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment. The room is small and a bit far from the center, but the room was comfortable and had great value. I would 100% recommend to a couple or single person in Arequipa.

We were allowed to check in earlier, which was a surprise. We were very pleased about that. We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is very nicely furnished, has everything you need, the bed is super cozy and the shower is excellent. We'd come back in a heartbeat... Thanks!

The apartment is very nice: big, cosy and clean. I have stayed in quite a few airbnbs but this might be my favourite. Jose was an amazing host! Very kind and ready to help. From giving us restaurant and activity tips to letting us store our luggage. Would definitely recommend & come back!

Hello, how are you? I wanted to tell you that Alejandra is an excellent host. She always communicated well with me, showed interest in making me feel at home, responds to messages quickly and is very kind. The location of the house is very accessible and close to everything. The place is very quiet and above all, very safe. The house was impeccable, it had all the services to have a good time. On my next trip I would go back again, I still had a lot to see in Arequipa.

The accommodation was as described and much more. It was an excellent experience and I am very grateful to Claudia for her kindness.

Clean place and in a good neighborhood. The host however waited till after the check in to send us the instructions for check in/checkout. Great place but hosts’ check in and checkout list is a bit too lengthy- maybe it would be ideal to send it to the users prior to check in so we have time to read it. Pictures and descriptions of the place are great and very realistic, the host is nice and welcoming.

Beautiful place, a nice location on the ground floor, and just off a nice courtyard with a roof garden easily reached. close to the river and downtown. Very close to a large market and other things. The host was responsive yet the entry from the street required a key which of course one does not have at check-in. This was solved with the host coming on-site yet this was probably an inconvenience for her. There was an attendant yet reaching him was not clear and we had to wait until the host contacted them directly. However, everything was very nice and the Host Gigi made a special trip on our behave. The apartment is very large and clean. One of the best showers in all of Peru!! Great place and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked yet we could not learn how to turn on the electric stove and maybe an instruction sheet would be a good addition. Good place for a central quiet stay for a couple.

Much better than I expect We recommend it 100%. The apartment fully lives up to its name: Style and Comfort. A very modern style accompanied by comfort throughout the apartment, along with tranquility and a breathtaking view.

We thought the apartment was very nice, impeccable, with all the amenities described, a full kitchen, it also has a laundry area in case you want to use the washing machine, very complete and clean. An important plus is the terrace where you can appreciate the city, with the imposing background of the volcanoes, a beautiful panorama. we felt so comfortable that we stayed two more nights. Claudia was very attentive to all the questions we had with immediate answers. Recommended 100%

It was the same as in the photos, very nice and clean, the balcony was spacious, the location a few blocks from the square, ideal for walking at night in the area and being able to get to sleep peacefully away from the noise and very safe.

Our stay was good. The location was perfect as it was close to the places we needed to go, just 10 minutes from everything. Our host was very friendly and always attentive. He responded super fast and helped us with check-in and check-out.

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I had a great stay! The apartment is absolutely new, safe, and very comfortable. Hot water with good pressure, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen made everything super convenient. I especially appreciated the cleaning products — they’re often missing in longer stays, and it was great not to worry about buying full-size supplies for just a little use. The only small thing missing was a hair dryer, which would’ve made it even better, but overall, everything was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

It was an amazing weekend in Arequipa, Rodrigo was always very communicative and attentive to everything we needed, I will definitely stay in the same place for my next vacation in the white city.
