In the heart of Upper Austria you will find a loving 85 m² apartment with a 10 m² balcony, which is comfortable by train, bicycle or Car. Vöcklabruck train station (about 700 m) as well as the highway exit "Regau" is easily accessible. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous shops for everyday needs as well as a large shopping center. Enjoy the apartment in the picturesque Salzkammergut with its proximity to Attersee, Traunsee, Mondsee, Wolfgangsee and Hallstättersee.

Vöcklamarkt train station is 2 km away. Vöcklamarkt is very centrally located in the Alpine foothills of the Salzkammergut, surrounded by meadows and wooded hills. Especially popular with our guests are the day trips to the sights of the Salzkammergut or to the nearby city of Salzburg (50 km).

You can ride bikes on beatifull trails towards Traunsee and Attersee lakes for sunbathing and swim during the summer. 30 min car drive from Fuerkogel if you are into experincing new downhill trails during the summer and beautifull ski slopes during the winter. The apartment is perfect for a familly with 1 child

Lake Traun and romantic Gmunden are a 10-minute drive away. The Salzkammergut with all its traditions, excellent inns and leisure activities is right outside the door. The bathroom is equipped with a mammoth shower. The kitchen is fully equipped to process all local delicacies.
