Perfect short stay , Kirsten was very responsive and always willing to help out and provide all the info needed. Place itself is great, big enough for 2 , very private and isolated with the garden which is very well maintained and decorated. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for one night with the family at short notice and were very satisfied. In particular, the communication with Hardy & Eva before and during the stay was always quick, nice and very eager. There were a few quirks in the house, such as the sauna door, which warps a little during weather fluctuations and therefore needs to be opened jerkier - or one or the other remote control you need to activate the outdoor heater, for example, which is not on the information sheet. All in all but highly recommended 👍🏻🙂

The stay with 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) in the beautiful apartment was great! The house was very clean, nice bathrooms, comfortable and very extensively equipped. The kids had a great time with the ping pong table/darts etc. Cozy to turn on the fireplace in the evening and the bedrooms were comfortable. Communication with Martina was great. If anything came up, she responds very quickly and her husband comes by to fix it. Nice tour and story given by her husband, about the pigs, which they have on the property. Very cozy, in summer even a swimming pool and there is a large garden to play for children. Overall, we have enjoyed! Tip restaurant; Gasthaus Suer. Very cozy and delicious food. We'd love to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment in a very quiet location of a residential area. The small forest nearby was very good for walking the dog. The parking spot was right in front of the house. Communication with Florian worked out very well and all questions were answered quickly. What was partially missing in the apartment was immediately provided to us with explanation and apology. That was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the couch cozy. We slept excellently. The kitchen had everything we needed. Shopping was a 3-minute drive away. The small garden with terrace is perfect for stepping outside in the morning. In summer, I imagine that to be very pleasant. We were very happy with the place.

we really enjoyed our stay, clean place,quiet and comfortable the supermarket is 3min by car,also there's a nice lake with a good view nearby! The host is really friendly,helpful and fast to respond. You should experience it!

Unfortunately, we only stayed at Kerstin's place for one night, but everything was great for it. The communication in advance was very friendly and helpful. The instructions on how to get to the accommodation were also so clear that we made it in the dark. The flexible check-in helped us enormously here, as traffic had changed our plans a little. It is very quiet, very clean and if you are looking for some peace in the countryside, the perfect place and the surroundings to explore or just look at a few stars at night.

Our stay there was perfect. The house provided everything we needed. We recommend 100% this location.

The house is very spacious and feels like home. We stayed here with five people and really enjoyed it, there was everything we needed and some more. The area was very quiet and the city center just a 10 minute walk. I would stay here again, I can imagine staying for a week or longer to explore the surrounding area. BBQ and garden were amazing.

It's our second time, when we visit Hubert's House. As it used to be, Hubert is very kindly, flexible and conversation goes so very smoothly. His house is once again clean and contains all of necessary amenities mentioned in description. Great opportuinity to spend a good time for a group of people in spacious and comfortable place!

this was the second times we have used the venue. Great place, free parking and guiet neighbourhood. the city center is walkable and takes about 5 to 6 minutes at my pace.

We really liked the place, we were already here for the 2nd time and would be happy to come back. Also the walk through the very nice and quiet place is absolutely recommended.

We stayed with our group of friends for three nights over New Year's Eve. The house is very clean and fully equipped. Cooking together, playing, watching TV with several people are just as possible as splitting up, as the house offers enough space. The cozy conservatory is clearly to be highlighted here! The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Everything was flexible, from check-in to check-out and even if questions or problems arise during the stay, the landlord is always available. For us (8 people) it was absolutely great.

The host was absolutely lovely. He came down on our arrival and showed us the entire place. Super friendly. We even had a special request to be allowed to BBQ and he arranged a BBQ set specially for us. 10/10 in both communication and state of the house. The location is also great, near forests and some great golf courses. We spent all Sunday afternoon out in front of the house enjoying the nature and large garden.

Beautiful, small cottage in an idyllic location. The view was very nice, only the many boats that ride through the Ems on beautiful days disturbed the tranquility a little. the equipment of the apartment is impeccable and completely functional. Only the piano, which was indicated as an entertainment option, was not well tuned. This may be completely irrelevant in 9/10 cases, just a pity for us. There were also many spiders (nets) due to nature, which did not bother us any further. The cottage is not quite as remote as the photos may believe - it is located in a holiday home settlement, which was also no problem at all, as it was still quiet and single. As described, there was mixed mobile reception, which I found positive, as it can simply switch off even better (in the truest sense of the word). All in all, a clear recommendation, and we will consider it on further trips.

cannot say enough great things about our stay here. Hennie and Ria were great hosts, very accommodating and everything was clean, very peaceful place to stay. the Airbnb is right on a bike path so we rented bikes that were delivered right to the airbnb and it was so easy to bike around the area. this area is beautiful with lots to do. The hosts also included lots of local recommendations and had bike paths all laid out. you can even bike into Germany if you want, you are so close. Would stay here anytime!

I stayed at Renate's place with my family for 5 days. Renate explained some basic instructions in messages in a short and clear way. The house is located in a quiet, tidy village. We really enjoyed the house. Comfortable, cozy with a stylish design. Highly recommended! 👍👍
