Beautiful central apartment with 2 rooms

My accommodation (about 68 m2) is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, right next to the beautiful Augarten Park on the 5th floor with elevator of a residential complex, in a quiet location. Ferris wheel and Prater are just around the corner, U2 subway on foot 5 minutes. You'll love my place because of the quiet but convenient location. You can also walk to the 1st district (Stephansdom) in 20 minutes. We are also happy to offer you a third room (or a second bedroom) For an extra €20 per night.

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).
