Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Das Apartment war zuvor 10 Jahre lang ein Laden Namens Ayu Living. Ayu bedeutet auf Balinesisch wunderschön. Und das wollen wir in unserem Apartment vermitteln. Wenn man hier rein kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Im Herzen von Landshut nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Ein Supermarkt (Penny), Fitness Center und Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Mehrere Restaurants in Gehweite vorhanden.

Pretty apartment downtown

The apartment is located perfectly in the medieval center of town, right next to the main cathedral. All needed businesses and a plethora of restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Heike has been a most caring and responsive host, accommodating our time of arrival and meeting us a the door. Since she lives one floor up in the same house, she was easy to communicate with and super responsive. The apartment is on the second floor, one flight of stairs up from the entrance. It opens to a small cobblestone street with very little traffic. There is a generously sized bathroom with a walk-in shower and a small kitchen - equipped with everything you need. The entire place was spotlessly clean. There is free public WiFi available that was reliable for regular online tasks including video conferencing. There is no designated parking space, but there is low-cost 24 hr public parking close by (about 5-10 minutes on foot) Clearly a recommendation for 1-2 people right in the middle of town!

My stay with Karin was perfect all around. Communication went smoothly, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Particularly noteworthy is the loving gesture that Karin even provided drinks and snacks – an attention that is by no means self-evident. The value for money was also excellent. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you so much Karin!

I felt completely comfortable with Jörg and Michaela. Both were very warm and helpful at all times. The apartment offered me privacy, which I appreciated very much and contained everything for everyday needs. The location was especially practical – ideal for my daily commute to the train station in Dorfen and on to Munich. I highly recommend the stay!
