Our newly renovated, beautiful house in the traditional architectural style is located in the middle of the picturesque climatic spa town of Altaussee, 500m from the lake and 5-10 minutes by car from the ski area, daffodil bath, golf course and Bad Aussee with train station and other shopping facilities. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor with garden access and terrace and is ideal for 2 adults (bedroom with 2 single beds put together) and 2 children or teenagers (small bedroom with bunk bed).

The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!
