Unser schönes Haus im traditionellen Baustil befindet sich mitten im malerischen Altaussee, 500m vom See und 5-10 Auto-Min vom Schigebiet, Narzissenbad, Golfplatz und Bad Aussee mit Bahnhof und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die 200m² große Duplex-Balkon-Wohnung (Ap2) bietet Platz für bis zu 9 Personen (4 Schlafzimmer für je 2 Personen und Couch im oberen Wohnzimmer für 1 weitere Person). Haustiere sind ausnahmslos nicht gestattet! Bitte im Apartment nicht rauchen und Hausschuhe verwenden!

Dieses 500 jahre alte Haus im historischen Zentrum von Hallstatt wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, hier ist die Geschichte Hallstatts überall spürbar. Der Hallstättersee ist nur 30m entfernt und von den Räumlichkeiten und vom Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Seeblick. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei Kaffee die Morgensonne genießen. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

The Traun apartment is a sunny apartment alongside the river 'Traun'. It consists of a bedroom with a bed (140x200cm), shower and basin and a 2nd room with kitchen, dining table and exit to the terrace. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and shares the toilet in the anteroom with the 2nd apartment. The price includes the tourist tax of EUR 3.50 per person/per night which is usually charged separately in other accommodations.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
