We had a very enjoyable stay at Veronica's place. The arrival was very warm and the cottage was as described. We especially found the veranda to be an added value. The garden is also well enclosed.

We stayed for 1 week in April 2025 and everything was so perfect that we wanted to extend our stay by another week. Unlike many other properties in the surroundings, this home is well located and very accessible in terms of roads and parking spots. Ivanna even brought us home made cakes at times to make us feel spoiled. The top of our stay was the beautiful garden where we would have all of our meals. Ivanna and her whole family gave us a very warm welcome from the very start. It was really hard for us to leave such a paradise.

If you have no problem with parking, there is the possibility of leaving the car in front of the house. I absolutely recommend both the house and the host! :)

In fifty minutes from Milan you are in a paradise: hills, vineyards and Casa Percivalle with a beautiful swimming pool just for you. Silence reigns supreme, only crickets. You feel free and at peace. We stayed in this house for three days with our dachshunds. The house is very spacious, bright and comfortable. Upon our arrival we found all kinds of welcome gifts and all the information necessary for the use of the house. It is also well equipped for long stays and is independent and private. The host is very kind and very helpful, prompt in responding. We had a really good time and we will gladly come back. Recommended for those who like to stay immersed in nature but a few minutes from grazano visconti and the city. The place is surrounded by fields with spectacular views.

We had the best time staying at Carlo and Lucia’s place! The view is spectacular and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe and Lucia and Carlo were fast at answering any questions or requests we might have. We spend a week of vacation with our three little kids and the house was well equipped with everything we needed from baby chair and bed to microwave. Also the city of Recco was a nice experience to visit. We would love to go back!

Caterina, welcomed us. And we had a great stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach and a convenience store. A little far from the city center but public transport is available very close to the accommodation and the train is a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is very quiet, very peaceful. It was hot but Caterina brought us fans. Thanks for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. The location was perfect - very walkable to the downtown/water and train station. Sara is a very warm, hospitable host and her responsiveness to questions/texts was excellent. She met us at check in, explained everything there was to know about her place and left us with a list of recommended restaurants in Santa Margarita as well as Portofino. The grounds were beautiful and private, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace. We felt instantly at home! We would definitely stay at Sara's again.

Great place to stay! Well equipped, wonderful balcony with great views of the sea. It is only 5 minutes by car to Chiavari, from there everything is easy to reach! Very very nice and large garden with lots of play opportunities for the kids. Laura always responded very quickly and kindly to questions. We highly recommend this home!

The house is very beautiful with a very nice view, away from noise. The renovation they have done is with very good quality materials. We love the communication, the garden very beautiful, and the must is the vegetable garden where we can pick the vegetables we need. A very nice place even nicer than the photos.
