This will be your base to discover the uniqueness of the Dolomites. In the winter, you're only a few minutes away from one of the lifts which will connect you to the SuperSki magic. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per la cucina è la sala pranzo. È presente un microonde/grill, tostapane, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, asciugacapelli, lavatrice/asciugatrice. C'è un letto matrimoniale e un divano-letto, ottimo x 2 adulti, o 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Bellissimo e nuovo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con molto gusto e cura nei dettagli. Si trova nel Residence Palace, difronte alla funivia Faloria, a 3 min a piedi dal centro. Composto da : camera da pranzo con angolo cottura, salotto con divano letto, due camere, due bagni, terrazzino con vista sulle Tofane. Finestre triplo vetro insonorizzate. Posto auto riservato all'aperto, ski room con armadietto riscaldato.

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.
