Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig und ist für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet. Zu Fuß erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die Alster, mit seinen zahlreichen Parks entlang des Ufers. Die Innenstadt, die Messehallen und das Kongresszentrum sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft genießt man die unmittelbare Nähe, zu zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, sowie Supermärkten und Bäckereien. Jeden Dienstag und Freitag findet in Harvestehude der bekannte Isemarkt statt, hier kann man toll frühstücken, Fischbrötchen essen oder sich von regionalen Köstlichkeiten verführen lassen.

Schöner geht es kaum! Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder dem Bus in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen. Vermietet wird ein Teil von Alexanders Wohnung, der über einen separaten Eingang, Bad, WC und eine kleine Küche verfügt. Absolute Privatsphäre!!
