***Perfect for city tour*** The attic of a 100 + year old house was completely renovated in 2024. Nevertheless, the charm of the years was preserved in loving detail work. 2km to the airport (no aircraft noise!) 200m to the underground 500 m to the S-Bahn (suburban train) 60m to the Alster hiking trail 500 m to the shopping street Not suitable for children below 10 years of age. There is a permanent construction site (for years) right on the street. This causes corresponding noise during the day; on weekends, it is usually quiet.

The Alstertale shopping center can be reached by bus in just 3 stops in 6 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. Hamburg Airport can be reached by car in just 15 minutes, and by public transportation in about 30 minutes. The central train station can be reached by bus and train in about 40-50 minutes. Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
