***Perfect for city tour*** The attic of a house over 100 years old was completely renovated in 2024. Nevertheless, the charm of the years has been preserved in loving detail. 2 km to the airport (no flight noise!) 200 meters to the U-Bahn [subway] 500 meters to the S-Bahn 60 meters to the Alster hiking trail 500 m to the shopping street Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
