Vacation rentals with lake access in Alpine County

We stayed in Bear Valley to have easy quick access to the resort for skiing. The place was clean, well stocked - we had adequate bedding for our two adults and two kids. It was plenty warm, comfortable accommodations, and the kids enjoyed playing in the wildness across the street from the condo. Our host was very available and responsive.

Jason’s place was very cozy and clean and everything was as described. The location is only about 10 - 12 minutes from bear valley resort which was very convenient. It was perfect for our family of 4.

The Duggan’s place was exactly like the pictures. Home was clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. Duggan was very helpful if we had any questions and responded quickly. The day before check out we received severe weather warnings & Duggan was willing to work with us to stay a day longer if the roads weren’t drivable. Over all it was a very peaceful stay and felt very homey.

Chris’ home checked all the boxes (literally, I selected everything Airbnb allows), and is in an ideal location to walk around the keys and quickly drive to access rental places, view points, and beach fronts. The home was extremely clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The luxurious kitchen invited me to cook more than go out, which was a welcome surprise! I really enjoyed the turn on/off fireplaces in the main bedroom, office, and living space. The dog amenities were more than I can ask for. The fenced yard, doggy door, and basket full of toys kept my active dog happy throughout the stay. From the first message to check in and check out, Chris was proactive and helpful in ensuring I had everything needed. I truly can say this has been, all around, the best Airbnb experience in my CA travels!

It was a beautiful place to stay at

An incredible stay for me and my husband plus our two pups. It’s private and peaceful and was a great space for our pups to run around. Pamela is a great communicator and responsive. The house has majority of the cooking essentials you’ll need. It was a great place to stay!

Had such a great time staying here for two nights with my family and friends! There were eight of us plus our dogs, and the house was super clean and really comfy. The location was nice, super close to everything, which made it easy to get around. It was so nice to come back to a clean and cozy place after being out all day. Also, really cool that they allow pets! Would totally stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about my host and the property. Seth went truly above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and welcome stay. The backyard was beautiful and the place was cozy. We felt very taken care of. I would 100% book this cabin again next time I’m in Tahoe. Truly best hosting experience I’ve ever had in an Airbnb.
