Can't say enough about Dawn's listing. Dawn was super sweet and responsive. Everything we needed was provided. From snacks, water, bathroom necessities... to the most incredible bed I have slept in! the pillows and linens were an added bonus. a definite recommendation. Local restaurants and shopping near by..and hiking so close. The neighborhood was so quiet with beautiful landscaping by surrounding neighbors as we walked around after dinner. Pamela is an absolute treasure - she is a wonderful human being and a fantastic host! It was my third stay at Pamela's apartment and I cannot praise her and her beautiful apartment enough! Pamela always goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to help in any way she can! The apartment is absolutely perfectly equipped - even for a longer stay like mine. Everything is spotless clean and you feel that the apartment is designed with lots of love and thoughtfulness! I loved the wonderful surroundings where you can spot beautiful animals. Here you are definitely able to have a serene and peaceful stay! And yet, you are only minutes away from all the shops and amenities you find in East Cobb and Roswell! And if you want to visit Atlanta, the location is perfect as well! I can only recommend Pamela and her gorgeous apartment! I definitely will be back! Thank you so much Pamela! For everything!

Very responsive host. Very flexible with check In time as we were arriving from out of town earlier than the usual check in time. They were very accommodating and I sincerely enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Definitely would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Sandy Springs, Georgia. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive—making check-in seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rental itself was exactly as pictured online—thoughtfully designed, perfectly apportioned, and extremely comfortable. Every detail made us feel right at home. The location was equally impressive. Nestled in a cozy, quiet neighborhood, the property offered both peace and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Sandy Springs. Restaurants, shops, and local attractions were all just minutes away, making it an ideal home base for our weekend getaway. We highly recommend this stay and would gladly return!

It was a very homey place. It was refreshing to not stay at a hotel, and just feel at peace. The host was phenomenal. He met us when we arrived. Helped us with our luggage. They provided some creature comforts for us - beverages, some shelf stable food items. Very comfortable stay. Also I would like to say that I met their dog and he’s so delicious.

Maria was a lovely host! The place is very private, clean, very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Very green, lush, lovely location for walking. Nearby restaurants and playground!

We spend three days at Beth’s place and felt right at home. The location couldn’t be any better as everything is just 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and just beautiful to walk and discover the many different places Decatur has to offer. Hope we will be able to come back soon and would love to stay at this place again.

Dale’s place was comfortable and cute! Loved the fireplace and deck. Such a great location, walkable to Ponce City Market and great restaurants!

Me and a few of my friends visited for the weekend to attend an event in the Lithonia area. Everything inside was clean, well kept, and easy to find. We didn't park in the garage BUT having the in option to do so was really nice. 10/10 would recommend *double thumbs up*

Juanito was an awesome host! My partner and I were traveling for five days, Juanito was so accommodating and responsive. If we had any questions, he was there to help and guide us. I am from Atlanta, so I know the areas pretty well, but Juanito shared new places with us! Which was really exciting. Great place, truly urban oasis! Loved the birds in the morning and how we had a lot of privacy from the busyness of Atlanta! Thanks again John, we will definitely come back!!!

Being back in Virginia Highlands in Atlanta, where I lived 20 years ago and staying in this beautiful, clean, and cosy apartment made it like coming home after all these years.

Really loved our stay here. It was better than described. You could tell the place was set up by someone who travels a lot because they knew exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable. We walked to the store and Fox Bro BBQ which was a good recommendation by the host...loved the smoked chicken salad sandwich w/ bacon. Plenty of room for a couple. We will definitely stay here again when we return to ATL.

We loved our short stay for Summerfest! The space was SO clean and had every thing we needed. The bed was really comfy, too. So much better than a hotel. Also the hosts were really communicative and gave me a local restaurant recommendation. Highly recommend!

Quick weekend stay in the area. Joyce was very pleasant and responsive when needed. The place was as described and the neighborhood was very peaceful. As mentioned in her description she does have dogs (which they were outside briefly and seen at least twice during my stay) however, this did not impact my stay in any kind. My only recommendation would be to install a lock of some kind on the door that leads from the guest studio to the main home. This way the guest has the same ability and peace of mind to lock the door from inside the studio as the host. I had no complaints or issues, I would stay at Joyce place again if visiting the area.

Great studio in Grant Park! Enjoyed the fire pit and being close to the BeltLine and neighborhood restaurants.

I could live here! The place was beautiful. All the personal touches of home. I loved that they moved the bird feeder in front of the window for my enjoyment. I will go back in the future. Beautiful family. HIGHLY recommend.

Margaret and Keith were absolutely amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We held our small wedding here and they had plenty of decor and helped put everything together. The house was clean and beautiful. There was tons of outdoor space to host our friends and family. They supplied plenty of water toys and life jackets. Margaret and Keith truly made us feel like family. Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend booking!

This was our second time staying here. So comfy and clean with all the comforts of home! Adorable place in a quiet neighborhood that's convenient to everything. Our grandkids loved the pool, hot tub, bunk beds and Gregory the turkey! Kristie is very friendly, responsive and accommodating! Looking forward to staying there again!
