easiest 5/5 from a picky person. great location — literally a 2 min walk from the closest tram station, gorgeous view, luggage storage, clean, and amazing staff. i would absolutely stay here again. in fact i would come to Nice again just bc my stay here was so great.

Loved this! It felt like a much nicer version of a private room in a hostel. Great location and thought it was really cozy. Would love to stay again in the future (without a car)!

This place was amazing since the moment I booked. Messaged me once I’d booked to confirm and ask if there was anything I needed. The place is exactly how it’s described and it’s beautiful, clean and very well thought out. We opted for an upgraded room just to have a little extra and asked for early check in as our flight was an early one. The staff were friendly and approachable and always helped when needed (even for a cup of milk so I could make a cup of British tea if brought with me). I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit! Merci!

Great value airbnb, only 1 block from the beach!

I had a nice stay at Boris’ hotel. The room was as described and was good value for money for the area. My only complaint is that the neighbours were quite loud through the night, but other guests’ behaviour is not the fault of the owner. I would definitely return when back in Menton. Thank you :)

Absolument rien à dire, tout été parfait

Un hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare, et à côté de l'arrêt de tram. Il est à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la place Massena. Je n'avais pas percuté aux vues des commentaires que les petits déjeuners n'étaient pas compris dans le tarif, or, ils nous ont été genereusement offerts. Je recommande cet hôtel qui a un très bon rapport qualité prix.
