We had a great experience staying at Jacob’s place. It was conveniently close to many villages offering a lot of activities. The host was very flexible, especially since we had a late check-in. The place was spacious and peaceful, featuring a large backyard that added to the serene atmosphere.

Quaint old farmhouse, with plenty of space (4 bedrooms), very clean, extremely well equipped kitchen, currants in the small garden. Nice hostess. We are always grateful when there are five of us staying well:) i had only imagined the location a little quieter /higher due to the description, as the view of meadows and forests also leads to a right busy road, and also quite deep in the valley and therefore dark in the morning and evening in the morning and evening. The hike at the top of the mountain (Urlesteig) was fantastic for children and adults. the forest next to the house is also very beautiful..

Great stay, charming area and perfect for those who want a vacation in contact with nature. Lagorai Funivie 20 min by car. Very welcoming house and extremely friendly and flexible hosts.

We enjoyed a week of vacation in this spacious and quiet house. The large fenced garden was a real paradise for our dog. Paolo personally welcomed us even though we were on site a little later because of traffic. He doesn't speak English but uses google translate so communication went smoothly. The plumbing and kitchen in the house are a bit dated, but for us that was no objection. The area is beautiful with, among other things, Lake Molveno at a short distance. The village of San Lorenzo is on the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy and that is all right. For us this was a nice place to stay that we can definitely recommend.

Jamila was great! Careful and delightful accommodation.. equipped with all comforts. She is always present and available to answer questions or advice on how to get around the city. We really felt at home when he prepared a delicious Moroccan tea and typical sweets. We definitely recommend this facility. Thanks Jamila !

Lovely place! Waking up in the morning, sitting on the terrace overlooking deer and other animals was absolutely stunning. About 5 minutes from SPAR supermarket and ATM, 30 minutes to Bolzano.

wonderful house in a very quiet area, large and cozy kitchen, windows with views in all directions to enjoy the scenery. The host was very friendly and prepared the apartment very clean and tidy which made me feel like it was just built. The house is conveniently located to travel to famous places in the Dolomites. Highly recommend !!!

We had a great time, Laura was really kind and helpful! They gave us some helpful tips. I would say that the location of the apartment is worth its cost, even just because of the proximity to Lake Braies, but not only. We recommend it 😊

The place is just great. It is exactly as described. We immediately felt comfortable. For my little son, everything that was needed was there. The covered living room is an absolute dream. Restaurant and shopping are a few minutes by car. The stream right next door is just relaxing. We highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment was great, so cute and clean. The location was also great, a 30 seconds walk to the bus stop which takes you right to the lifts. You can also walk down to Ortisei, about a 15’ walk (it’s steep though). Hot tub was great, kitchen was fully furnished, washing machine in the bathroom worked great. Simon was super available and communicative. 10/10 would recommend.

Kevin's cottage is a place of immeasurable beauty for those looking for an enchanted place immersed in the nature and silence of the privacy of a protected area in the beauty of nature. All this perfect and great communication for any need. We'll be back soon !

The location of Cima 12 is superb! The house is surrounded by many hectares of nature, which offer a lot of quietness and privacy. The 360 view of the Dolomites is magnificent. Our host Thomas was friendly and responded quickly when we needed him. Changing the gas cylinder for example we could do easily ourselves with his clear explanation in English. Apart from the washing machine that we were told on the day we arrived temporarily couldn't be used (washing shop was a 15 minute drive by car so not a problem for us), the house comes equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation. We especially enjoyed the view from all the large windows and the balcony that faces directly Cima Dodici! All in all, as Thomas calls it, a shabby-chique styled spacious Italian Alps house in the middle of nature with lots of sunlight (and shade if you preferer) and all modern utilities suitable for two people or (large) families/groups. We enjoyed our stay Thomas!

More than a wonderful place and a cozy home, we found a very kind and loving hostess. The house is perfect even for long stays, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and impeccably clean. The cottage is inside a national park, with incredible scenic views. The cabin is less than an hour away from the Folarida ski resort. We faced some challenges to arrive by car, the chains we rented were not enough. For those who go in the winter, I recommend winter tires. Mr. Franco was always very helpful in picking us up at the parking lot where we left our car. The breakfast is wonderful and Mrs. Maria is always very kind in welcoming us every day. Furthermore, I have no words to thank you Franco’s family for all the help they gave us with a problem we had with our car. I really hope to come back again.

I cannot describe enough how relexifying the area and the house is! The view is breathtaking, our daughter played with the horses and the chickens, she had enough place to run in the premise, the air was super clean, this is the relaxation we were looking for. The hosts were very kind, the house has anything you need for the kitchen and shower. 10/10 :)

We chose this place for our annual Easter climbing gathering. It was perfect for a large group. The access road is a dirt track, but it was manageable to drive on. We especially enjoyed the large dining tables in the evenings—they created a great atmosphere for spending time together. The stoves also added a cozy vibe to our stay. Lorenzo was a wonderful host: precise, responsive, and always available when needed. Thank you for hosting us!

The house is beautifully romantically located on a creek. The surroundings are extremely quiet. You will only hear the creek noise - which is very pleasant. It is very clean in the house and everything necessary is available. Highlighted is the host's care. Before arrival, you will get excellent and detailed information about the best route, how to apply the technology in the house and what leisure opportunities you have. The communication is very friendly and also very fast. For a rating by points between 0 and 100, I would give 120 points. Highly, highly recommend.

The accommodation is ideal for enjoying long walks during the day and in the evening warming up with the warmth of the fireplace that gives the living room an intimate and pleasant atmosphere. Everything was as described, clean, well communicated and all worked well. Close to slopes for skiing and lots of nice walks around. Would definitely recommend it for a stay.
