Cabin vacation rentals in Alpago

We just got back from 7 days here and it was great. The house was exactly as described, yes mostly original from 1956! (new kitchen appliances and bathroom!) but everything was in excellent condition and functional, quite comfortable for a family of 4 and dog. We did very much appricieate the detail and atmosphere of the place, all very cool. The living/dining space was perfect for hanging out and the deck provided great views of the surrounding mountains. A small perk that isn't evident from the posting is that despite it being in a neighborhood (the '56 Olympic Village) this house sits more or less "alone" on the corner so you don't have any direct neighbors which makes it feel a little more secluded in the woods. The location is a short car ride (<10 min) from San Vito di Cadore which is a great little mountain town with good restaurants and cafes. We truly had a wonderful time here. Thanks Duccio!

It was a dream and exactly the vacation we wanted. It is exactly as described. A beautiful mountain cabin - we were there for ourselves and could enjoy the tranquility and just completely switch off. Everything is clean, and the heated pool outside was the greatest luxury for us. We sat in the warm water in the evening and looked at the stars. The road up the mountain is, as others have already written, a real mountain road, but for me with a normal car it was quite feasible. Arrival and departure also worked out great, Madlyn picked us up down the street and accompanied us to the hut. I truly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay in Borca di Cadore. Driving time to Cortina d’Ampezzo was 20 minutes! The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The house itself was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The only small detail was that we had to ask the owner to increase the temperature in the house by one degree, but they were very responsive and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Manuela was a great host. Always friendly, accessible, straightforward and proactive. The house has a fantastic location and was extremely clean. You immediately felt at home and noticed how much work and attention to detail had gone into the house. We were able to switch off very well from everyday stress; also thanks to the hot tub, which we used intensively and now miss very much ;-)

Filippo was really helpful, from the moment of check-in to our departure. The area has been curated to offer many accommodations, for all tastes (campers, tents, accommodations made from large barrels or even boats) and really pleasant to see. There are play spaces for children and a large green space for those who stay to be in contact with nature. Away from the city's traffic but still easy to get to. Great place for a stay of a few days, in the name of relaxation and nature but without sacrificing some comforts.

Ricardo Was a superb host. The reception at his restaurant was very nice. We stayed right away for dinner and were the only guests. Later, it was about 1.5 km to the accommodation via a forest path. It is advisable to use an off-road vehicle. The place is indescribable and the pictures speak for themselves. We enjoyed the peace and solitude very much and will definitely be back.

Francesco was a very kind host! Even though we were a large group, he was able to accommodate our every need, absolutely recommended :)

Great vacation home with exceptionally beautiful architecture, where design has been skillfully integrated into the typical flair of a mountain cabin. We immediately felt at home. The house is equipped to a very high specification, everything fits together, from the individual bedding to the old wood used in construction. The bathroom is a small wellness oasis. The kitchen is not missing anything – there is even a portafilter espresso machine that prepares a great espresso with Illy coffee. The attic is great for kids to sleep and play. The children go up a narrow wooden staircase and have their own realm. There are railings everywhere upstairs! Lucia is a great host and always helped us immediately (!) with small problems. We were able to check in flexibly and many culinary gifts were waiting for us in the house. We thank you for the lovely stay and wish Lucia all the best :-)

A truly beautiful location. Close to the lift and restaurants of piste 85 (Alpe Cermis), yet very quiet and private. The view of the valley is breathtaking, the terrace full of sun. And you can ski directly there on your skis. The communication is very friendly and attentive. Allessandro is very helpful. The house itself is clean, but slightly old-fashioned in terms of bathroom and kitchen (see photo's). We think this Chalet has an excellent price/quality balance and can highly recommend the Chalet. Tips for your stay: - Online you can buy tickets with a 10% discount. - The slope is for a novice to intermediate skier. Try the 75,88,76,84,74,87 (long + descend 1400 meters (!)). - A day trip to Latemar is definitely worth it (but much busier) - The ski rental near the chalet is much friendlier and cheaper than the one downstairs (+10% discount). - Try Tiramisu at Baita Tonda and fresh pizza at Eurotel Hotel. We would for sure recommend the Chalet!

We spent a weekend in the middle, bad luck wanted us to stay on foot with the car and we were forced to return home with friends' car and leave ours by a mechanic in the area, the host made himself very available to keep our suitcases for two days, until we returned to pick up the car. As for home, everything as described, very nice and clean house. But once again, I want to thank Michele.

Gabriella and Giorgio are really great hosts! They welcomed us into their cabin and made us feel right at home. They were very helpful and even helped us with the car when we left. They are truly exceptional. The cabin, 10+ rating, perfectly reflected what was described in the presentation sheet, even better than described. We booked for 6 adults + 1 child, everything was perfect. Cleanliness 10+. Friendliness of the owners 10+. They welcomed us with a beautiful welcome gift. We will definitely be back for the next winter getaway… but maybe we'll do a few days in the summer to visit the beautiful place where the cabin is located. Super quaint and completely secluded cabins from the past, but with the necessary luxury: electricity, running water, warm showers,.. Great mix! If you want to relax undisturbed in nature, can operate the wood stove (we were in October and it was already a little fresh), this is the place for you. Small and larger hike and mountain tours can be taken from the cabin. Right next door there is an interesting museum village with historical explanations. We enjoyed it very much and will be back.

I am unable to find the right words to describe the wonder for every sense, experienced at the small Maso di Sergio: the privileged view of the valley, with the pearl of Mezzano down there and the Pale in the frame; the sound of animals in the woods and the rustle of leaves; the taste of freshly picked raspberries for breakfast in the outdoor area or that of local meat cooked on the grill (every tool was available!); the smell of lush nature and that of freshly cut grass by the owners of the houses around (which you don't see, so much so that you are immersed in the trees); the mountain and the love for it that envelops you! We were amazed and still talk about and remember what turned out to be a dream experience! The house is cozy, all in wood and equipped with everything for 2 people. The spaces are functional, very clean and furnished with local taste and style. Congratulations really and, hopefully, see you soon!

Getting there was quite easy and it was all super asphalted. Check-in was also relatively easy. The place was really super clean and looked even better in person than in the photos. The beds were very comfortable. Our four-legged friend also felt very comfortable and it was very quiet and pleasant. Everything we needed, including small things, such as barbecue lighter or shampoo, coal, etc. was available and super nice. Everything was explained to us and Manuel was always easily accessible and nice. There is nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

If you are looking for a special place to regenerate, you can definitely choose this beautiful cottage entirely made of wood and made with first-class materials and solutions. Nino and his wife were very helpful and extremely attentive while ensuring privacy and tranquility. Beautiful surroundings with many attractions easily accessible and never too crowded even in high season like the one we chose. Highly recommended

The location of Cima 12 is superb! The house is surrounded by many hectares of nature, which offer a lot of quietness and privacy. The 360 view of the Dolomites is magnificent. Our host Thomas was friendly and responded quickly when we needed him. Changing the gas cylinder for example we could do easily ourselves with his clear explanation in English. Apart from the washing machine that we were told on the day we arrived temporarily couldn't be used (washing shop was a 15 minute drive by car so not a problem for us), the house comes equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation. We especially enjoyed the view from all the large windows and the balcony that faces directly Cima Dodici! All in all, as Thomas calls it, a shabby-chique styled spacious Italian Alps house in the middle of nature with lots of sunlight (and shade if you preferer) and all modern utilities suitable for two people or (large) families/groups. We enjoyed our stay Thomas!

Magical week in Pradileva, surrounded by mountains and rivers at crystal clear and pure water. A place of peace and rest, Martina was fantastic, always ready to facilitate and help, to tell her passion for her valley. Downstairs sunsets are a 5-minute walk with great quality clubs. This cabin is just immersed in the woods,quiet and surrounded by greenery. However, it is not isolated. We were lucky enough to have Riccardo's dad on a nearby cabin that was very helpful with our requests. Nearby Auronzo di Cadore,there Lake Misurina, 3 peaks of Lavaredo. Many paths for those who love to walk. Even our two dogs were well. Highly recommended even just to rest and observe nature !

Carlo is a perfect host and his apartment is realy confortable, much nicer than on presented pictures, warm and well organised with all needed stuff . I was there with my family for winter holidays - skiying in Cortina. I can fully recomend that place.

We stayed only three nights, the place is very peaceful and relaxing. Walking nearby we took pleasant walks, and less than 30 minutes drive, we climbed almost to Cima D’Asta. Also beautiful are the Caves at Castello Tesino (town 5 mins drive). Sabrina's house is clean and comfortable, a great point of support for the area. Very good restaurant, and there are others nearby.

Absolutely the perfect house to spend some time on your own or with a loved one. Bring your records and hang out listening to music. Go for a wander in the fields. Great food and incredible wines are never far. I really enjoyed my stay here. A very special place which I look forward to visiting again.
