Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Alnmouth

Lovely few days at Gail's. Everything was good and very clean. It's a great base for exploring the Northumberland coast. We had a fab visit to Warkworth Castle which was an easy walk from the house. Morrisons is only a 5 minute walk away and plenty of bars and eateries on the doorstep.

Loved it here, gardens were in full bloom and glorious to spend time wandering around. I found the home very comfortable, and we were very well catered for. Breakfast was fab and the facilities provided all we could have needed.

It is a really nice place to stay, lovely private garden and watching the birds on the bird feeder was amazing, I counted over 10 different species! The beds & pillows were excellent and my daughter & I slept really well. Excellent Airbnb

Fantastic place to stay with easy access to all the wonderful beaches this area has on offer! Cottage was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, felt very much at home. Cottage is set in a wonderfully quiet location that is very conducive to a great nights sleep. Would hope to return and would definitely recommend!

What a lovely time we had here! We are so grateful to have found this gem in Alnwick for our vacation stay. It was comfortable, cosy, and close to so many great activities! The only sad part was leaving! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!!

Really enjoyed our stay in Amble. The cottage was perfectly placed, which let us easily explore the town on foot. We were also within a short car ride from lots of other beautiful villages & places of interest. Marine cottage is very comfortable; top quality beds & towels, lashings of hot water & extremely clean. Lynda is so welcoming & keen to ensure her guests have a lovely break.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Molly’s cottage. Everything was perfect. Check in easy, beautiful, quiet, spotless cottage which had everything we could need- plus some delicious cakes on arrival! The hot tub was wonderful and the perfect way to end the day. Great location to explore Alnwick and the beaches. Delicious meal at the pub next door The Tankerville Arms and free drink voucher in the cottage for us too! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Anna’s place! It’s a beautiful home that has been lovingly renovated and thoughtfully equipped for guests. Anna even provided treats for our dog as well as other goodies to make us feel welcome. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a lovely couple of nights here. Asked for recommendations for restaurant and takeaways before hand and both we chose were very good. Both Marcelle and Alan are very friendly, as are the dogs! mentioned we were staying for my husbands birthday and without asking banners were put up in the room. thank you. Will remember this place if we are ever in that area again.

We had a great stay at Ian’s place for two nights. The home is very comfortable and quiet yet next to the High St in Hexham. There are lots of extras provided in the house that makes it feel like a home. Everything is on one level which makes it an easy stay and there are two good sized bathrooms. Note to enter the main bedroom you must walk through one of the bathrooms. The other room has an ensuite bathroom. Ian is a great host and gave us lots of helpful information about check in etc.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place is beautifully decorated with so much character—stylish, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The setting was perfect too—peaceful, charming, and a great base for exploring the area. What really made the experience stand out were the hosts. Super friendly and welcoming, with incredible local knowledge that totally upgraded my trip. From hidden gems to the best spots to eat and explore, their tips made all the difference. Can’t recommend this place enough—already looking forward to coming back!

Linda's apartment was just perfect for our stay. Absolutely spotless, everything you could possibly want was available. Great location, 5 minute walk to the Metro then just 3 stops into the city centre or a little bit longer to the coast. Linda was lovely, very welcoming with great communication. Absolutely 5*. Wir haben uns von Anfang an super wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und bietet mit der Lage einen tollen Rückzugsort aus dem Trubel von Newcastle. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und man kann sich von Beginn an wie zu Hause fühlen :) Die Kommunikation mit Anthony war sehr einfach und stets sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und bedanken uns bei den tollen Gastgebern ;)
