Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Almería

The Apartment was very nice and in a great location. 5 min walking to the beach. In the Apartment we found everything we neded. Every room has air conditioner. Very good communication. Mari Angeles was very helpfull. We are very recomending this place to stay and Mari Angeles as a host.

It was a very nice experience, Sandra was very attentive always and was super friendly, her husband was also very friendly and respectful, the arrival at the Airbnb was easy, without any complications. Upon entering the apartment everything was very clean and tidy, we were very comfortable with my family and we could enjoy as it was deserved, I would definitely stay here again, thank you very much Sandra for the attention provided.

The house was wonderful! It was great located and had a very nice view to the sea. The apartment was spotless and Candida was very helpful at all times. I would definitely repeat!!

The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean with every amenity we could need. The location was fabulous, waking distance to great bars, restaurants (fab hotel roof top bar directly across the square) and the town and beach areas. Carlotta was a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly and a lovely person. There were 5 of us, all adults and plenty of room for everyone with 2 lovely bathrooms (shower water pressure was amazing) I totally recommend this place and will definitely stay again as Almeria is a lovely place we will visit again. Amazing apartment, location. Perfect. A 10. Communication with Ana was great. She gave us a lot of advice, as well as routes and recommendations.

My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

The apartment is as in the photos, comfortable, cared for, many nice details, nice decor, bright, comfortable bathroom and everything very clean. The area is very good, it is semi-ipeatonal, you can listen a little if there is buzz in the street but in our stay there was not too much noise. I recommend it!

Five stars. Beautiful and huge home. We loved enjoying the view from the roof deck. Only one minor downside was that only four towels (one towel per guest) were provided so we needed to do laundry to have beach towels. Also be aware that trash can only be taken out at night so you will need to carry out any trash you generate on your last morning. Still great stay, would visit again and bring our own towels

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. The air conditioning was vital for these hot days. The residential complex is very quiet, the pool is open until midnight and there is a Mercadona supermarket about 200 meters away. We'll be back on our next visit to Vera Playa.

Modern, aesthetic and cozy accommodation. The host's attention is 10. A/C in every room, the beds are not made upon arrival (you are provided with sheets and towels). Lack of privacy with the neighboring apartment (terrace).

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

The apartment is beautiful, it was sparkling clean and smelled great, Marian is an excellent host, she gave us directions to the area and recommended several places, we will definitely be back

Antonio is a host of 10, very attentive, pleasant and very helpful. The house is spacious, perfect for groups and large families.

Nice and big place to stay. Convenient that the host provides with linen and towels. Lovely communal pool. Good garage. There are a lot of great restaurants in Almeria.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Mchana. The house is very peaceful with lovely views and lots of space.

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

Beautiful place with a lovely view. It was quite windy when we were there in march so we needed to fetch the pillows for the terrace all over the place. I recommend this place! /Anna

Silvia’s house was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, extremely clean. We loved the privacy and security. A very peaceful neighborhood. Our only very small disappointment was that the washing machine was not in use. We would highly recommend Silvia’s house for a great stay.

The apartment was a home from home. It was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was also excellent with many restaurants, bars and shops all within a few minutes walk. Aquacena was always very responsive and helpful. 100% recommended.
