Beachfront vacation rentals in Almería

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

Milka is a great host, very flexible and helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the shower hot and powerful and newly installed. There is so much choice for food and drink, would particularly recommend la Piramide for the best mojitos we have ever had for a bargain 6 euros. Also walked to a few different beaches which are clean and well looked after. Would recommend!

Wow!!! If you want a super beautiful home on the beach this is the place! Stylish. All of the home comforts. Perfect! Marta was so helpful and friendly and booked us into a great attraction whilst we were in her house. We will be back!!

Daniel's place has exceptional views, especially from the bedroom. The description is quite accurate and you will find all the amenities of everyday life; the apartment is very well equipped; nothing is missing. Daniel was great throughout the stay; he responded very quickly to any questions we had and helped us a lot throughout the stay. We highly recommend their accommodation.

For my part, I can say that everything was very good. In general, I don't have a single negative comment because I felt right at home.

It was a great stay at Amber's. A very nice apartment, everything clean and tidy. Very quiet area, 200 meters to the great beach. Parking right outside the door. Absolute recommendation. We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed a great stay at Casa Chinos (family of 7). Plenty of room, great layout and we had everything we needed during our stay. Robert and Alex were very responsive throughout. 2 minute walk to the Playa with some nice places to eat, kids play parks etc. pool table, table tennis and pool toys to keep the kids entertained. Stunning location with uninterrupted views of the Med and spectacular sunrises. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The communal pool was great and right outside the gate from the lovely terrace. The rooftop would benefit from loungers, a shade and table and chairs to get the most out of the views including the mountains and the Old town behind. The main bedroom needs a wider bed and better mattress. Good fans in all rooms but one wasn’t working in the small bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen which we utilized for main meals using local produce from the fishmonger and butchers a few steps away. All round lovely week. Thank you Beatriz

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Simply gorgeous modern design with luxurious amenities and a private pool, a shared communal pool (shared by just six other homes), and a beautiful beach directly out front! The neighborhood is walkable to groceries and restaurants and the vibe is very relaxed, safe and happy. I will book again!

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

Right from accommodating our late arrival with someone to meet us and show us the apartment to allowing us to have a let checkout Soledad Jimenez was the perfect host! The apartment has all the things you need for a comfortable stay right in the heart of Vera Playa. Easy access to the beach and good local restaurants/bars. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

The apartment is so well appointed and super clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is absolutely magnificent for breakfasts, dinners and star gazing. The location is so close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc with a mini supermarket across the road. We had a great stay in San Jose and loved the relaxed beach vibes, lovely eateries and cute Spanish square. We spent some of our days just hanging out and mooching about on the beaches and in the town. But it is so worth a very short drive to the beaches Genoveses and Monsul, they are spectacular and so picturesque. The coves nearby are perfect for snorkelling too and you can walk/hike to beaches very easily from the apartment. It’s just a beautiful, off the beaten track spot and we would happily take our family there again. Perfect for young kids, so much adventuring to do that’s very accessible. We were very comfortable in Javier's house. It is very cozy and is decorated with many small and beautiful details that make you feel like your home, a kitchen that in rare occasions one can find so stocked and a dream terrace. Watching the sun rise and enjoying the wonderful ocean views was a gift every morning. Equally at night, with a perfect temperature and a very special atmosphere that lights and lanterns help create, you never wanted to go to bed! The first day it took us a bit to find the house. The streets in the area are a little labyrinth, a little narrow and with a lot of cars parked, although having parking we had no problem. If we repeat in the area, we will love to return to your house and I will no longer take my books because I have seen very interesting things among yours!
