Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Everything was perfect with regard to the accommodation, however we were off-season so there was very very little to offer, a lot of shops and restaurants closed …. But Alvaro was great!! Slight smell on the couch so we bought deodorant spray

Simply gorgeous modern design with luxurious amenities and a private pool, a shared communal pool (shared by just six other homes), and a beautiful beach directly out front! The neighborhood is walkable to groceries and restaurants and the vibe is very relaxed, safe and happy. I will book again!

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

We really enjoyed staying at Andrea's. Quiet area and close to the beach. The house was spotless and had everything you needed to spend the weekend and make your stay easier. Highly recommended!

absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

A dream house! Everything was perfect and better than in the ad, a round of applause for the extras, no detail was missing, salt, oil, cleaning products, personal hygiene products, glasses, pots, everything, everything and more, the sensational pool, the spectacular views. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well located. Quiet area and close to all the sights we wanted to visit. Antonio is very attentive to everything we asked and the cleaning service is also very good. We will repeat in summer to enjoy the beaches.

My husband and myself stayed at Ramon's villa for 4 weeks and we were very happy. The villa has everything we needed for an extended stay and it was very comfy in every way. A big fridge freezer was very useful, as I batch cooked some meals. Great to watch a film at night on Netflix on their smart TV, after we were exhausted from a long bicycle ride. Fab countryside for cycling and walking. We had such a good time and Carmen looked after us so well and very promptly helped us if we needed it. Carmen is a lovely friendly and polite lady and we saw her every weekend when she accompanied the pool boy, for cleaning the pool. We would recommend this villa for a holiday and we would love to return in the future.

The house is fantastically located in the middle of the village and in a very nice complex with pool. It is very spacious over three floors with three showers/bathrooms and a total of five terraces or balconies. The roof terrace is unique! Small drawback: the very small terrace on the first floor only offers space for a small table with two chairs, so we always had to eat on the large terrace on the 2nd floor. Here a new table for six people would be desirable, as well as a parasol.

The stay was a 10. We were a group of 7 friends who decided to celebrate New Year's Eve together for another year, and we found this house by chance. The published photos and the area where it is located captivated us and we decided to visit it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Maria, who adapted to our schedule as we arrived (we had to eat on the way and change the arrival time). They didn't give us any trouble. When we got there, the house does not do justice to the photos published, the interior, the decoration, the views... the sunsets captivate you for a few minutes, and the entire outdoor area is adapted to enjoy both the porch area and the outdoor table. Inside, everything is very well adapted and clean. They offered us basics like coffee, salt, ice and water at no extra cost. In short, a very cozy and recommended house. It is essential to visit the Cabo de Gata area and its surroundings, leaving time to enjoy the sunsets.

The apartment is conveniently located close to everything there is to visit in the area. It is small but very nice, at the foot of the water and boats. We are delighted with our stay. We highly recommend the apartment. And hope to go back another time.

It was a great stay, the house in a quiet area and close to everything important to see in the surroundings, being able to walk to the village, the views from the terrace are wonderful , equipped with various environments. The house and hostess are wonderful! The narrow stairs require priority... and difficult for young children or old people. We had a very nice time!

It has been a fantastic weekend break. This villa is located in a privileged beachfront area and it is surrounded by an idyllic summer atmosphere. Nadia was interested in us having an enjoyable experience and made things very easy. From the beggining the communication was clear and concise. The house was in fastastic condition and decorated with good taste. The garden and swimmingpool were well taken care of. The matress was great and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. Sheets and towels were very soft and comfortable to touch. We will definitely be back! P.S. I would highly recommend a walk along the beach. Located just a few steps away from the house, it measures more than 5 km! Likely one of the most memorable, and looking back, one of the best times!

i think I was one of the first to book this place and there were almost no reviews, but it was a hit. The location can't be better, you can go barefoot to swim on the beach, and directly dine in the chiringuitos area, or go a 5 minute walk to the administrative center of Roquetas de Mar. It should be recognized that the house could use a renovation or renovate the decor, but everything works well, it is cared for and clean, and it matches the photos.

The apartment is great and is in a great area, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Terrace overlooking the beach and the promenade. And with nice villages close to visit. Aurora has responded promptly and kindly at all times.

the house is located right on the shore which was perfect ....plenty of shops / restaurants within easy walking distance .....overall we (3) were all very happy with our stay at Luisa's ....
