Nous avons passé un très bon moment sur la péniche. Au milieu des oiseaux, elle est très bien aménagée. La route n'est pas loin mais on ne l'entend pas à l'intérieur et la vue sur Kampen est très jolie. On peut facilement aller à pied jusqu'à la ville. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Raoul mais l'organisation de l'arrivée et du départ était très fluide. Nous recommandons.

The boat house was the idyllic haven to return to at the end of a busy day in the city. We had a fantastic family break and the added additions of the bikes and boat were a bonus. Also managed to try the local restaurants. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

A unique experience to stay on a houseboat. We had everything we needed in the studio. Clear instructions inside. Coffee, tea and sugar provide. Loved watching the traffic on the Rhine! Very welcoming and responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

Dit is een bijzondere accomodatie. Slapen in een oud vrachtschip doe je niet alle dagen. Daarnaast is er een aparte ruimte waar je kan zitten en eten, met een keuken en een wc/badkamer. Prima uitgerust allemaal. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Omgeving is fantastisch. Wij kwamewn om te vissen en zijn zeer aan ons trekken gekomen. Kortom, wij hadden een geweldig verblijf.

We were so lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful place! The beds were comfy, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful... it was a lovely escape from the busy, city-center. We LOVED the use of the kitchen and the deck just off the kitchen. Hein was so good to have bikes available for us. There is little available directly near the home but a 10 minute bike ride along the lovely road and over the bridge gets you to all you could want. We were sad to leave our Amsterdam home and will hope Hein's home is available when we return.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Kinder waren von der Überraschung begeistert, dass wir als Unterkunft ein Hausboot haben. Dieses war ruhig gelegen, die Einrichtung liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und hatten viel Freude beim beobachten der Enten, Reiher und Schwäne direkt vom Frühstückstisch

Logement très paisible, les seuls bruits que vous entendrez seront ceux des canards et des oies. Le logement est fidèle à la description. Tout le nécessaire est présent pour passer un agréable séjour. Carla est très réactive. Elle nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et nous avait prévu des petites douceurs, ce que nous avons trouvé très sympathique. Nous recommandons fortement et referont certainement un nouvel escale lorsque nous reviendrons dans le pays!

If you are looking to stay on the river in a quiet neighbourhood - on a house boat - it doesn't get better than this. I loved waking up, peering out onto the water. Each morning the rowers are out, people running along the riverbank - it's incredibly peaceful yet full of life. This is a real boat, not a floating house so you have to navigate different levels inside, getting on and off the boat etc. All part of the charm. Martin is a fabulous host. Note: this is the old school airbnb of old - its Martin's home, beautifully appointed, spacious and generously kitted out - with the comfort of a 'lived in' feel. The upper deck is just delightful, full of light and windows and you can sit with your coffee and watch the river-world go by. The area is surrounded by park, but just nearby is a lovely high-street with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and deli's. Trams will take directly into the centre of Amsterdam - everything you need - highly recommended!

Our stay at Claire’s place was nothing short of magical. The location is hard to beat in the heart of Jordaan, steps away from great Dutch cafes, every restaurant we ate at was within a ten minute walk, every one was fantastic. As well as minutes walk from transit. Somehow though being in the middle of everything, being on the water in this houseboat makes you feel like you’re in your own private oasis. Claire has great taste, her home is designed impeccably, with one of the major highlights being the record player, listening to classics like the Beatles, Bowie, The Doors while sitting on the back porch taking in the incredible view of the canal. Bonus was the most efficient washer dryer I used during my 3 week stay in Europe and the large dishwasher. Had we stayed longer, we would have cooked, there was a fully stocked Chefs kitchen. Thanks for the perfect end to our adventure!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was pristine clean and felt like a true home away from home. Mandy was incredibly responsive and proactive with any questions we had—communication was smooth and reassuring from start to finish. The location was exactly as described, perfectly situated and convenient for everything we needed. Our kids had a blast, and the jacuzzi and sauna were the cherry on top—such a relaxing bonus after long days out. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming vibe.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour d’une nuit. Le logement est charmant, original et facile d’accès. Nous avons aisément trouvé un bon restaurant et Aalsmeer est un très bel endroit. Nous avons apprécié le livret de bienvenue préparé par Anne qui a été très réactive et disponible. Le logement était propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons été bien accueillis et avons passé un très bon séjour ! C’était une belle expérience de dormir sur l’eau. À refaire!

This boat was such a treat, beautifully presented, spacious, gorgeous views amongst other boats, easy walking around central Amsterdam. The facilities within the boat were top notch, stylish upstairs living space, extremely comfortable beds, lovely bathroom (with the bonus of an upstairs toilet too). If we were there in warmer weather we would have spent more time just hanging out on the deck. Heartily recommend.

Exquisite place, tiny house designed like a boat, where every corner is used and useful. But not too small, we were 3 people and with both beds open there is still place to sit at the table, sit in a couch and move around. Bathroom and kitchen have all it needs. Sleeping on the water was an experience to talk about. The location in the city is close to transports and walkable to the centre across the bridge. We rented their bikes for the day, all impeccable. Easy communication, spotless, fully equipped... all in all one of my best Airbnb stays.

Staying on the White Feather Suite was an absolute dream and definitely a weekend we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was serene and peaceful, with beautiful views of the canal. The boat itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, tranquil and incredibly cosy. Every detail was thoughtfully designed—from the cozy bedroom, spa like bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. We especially loved waking up to the gentle rocking of the water and having our morning coffee on the deck. Vera and George were amazing hosts —super friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay, even surprised us with birthday cake and gifts on arrival. This was one of the most unique stays we've ever had and definitely one for the books. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with a touch of adventure, this houseboat is the place to go. We had a fantastic stay on this charming houseboat! Everything was exactly as described and pictured—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The host provided clear and detailed instructions for parking and finding the boat, which made our arrival super easy. One of the highlights for our kids was feeding the ducks right from the deck—they loved it! A truly unique and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

War ein super toller Abenteuerurlaub mit der Familie ! Dicht dran an den Haag , Amsterdam und Rotterdam. ( ca 30 min jeweils mit dem Auto ) Mit dem Boot auch Leiden super erreichbar.

Wunderschönes Hausboot in ruhiger Lage. Hübsch und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit allem an Ausstattung, was zum täglichen Leben benötigt wird. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in max 5 Minuten mit dem Auto Erreichbar. Für unser Empfinden tolle Lage, weil weder Amsterdam, noch Rotterdam, usw. weit entfernt liegen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen, wenn es uns Mal wieder in die Niederlande verschlägt.
