Houseboat vacation rentals in Flevoland

We had a lovely time on the houseboat. Amid the birds, it's very well laid out. The road is not far but you can't hear it inside and the view of Kampen is very pretty. It's easy to walk to town. We did not meet Raoul but the organization of the arrival and departure was very smooth. We recommend it.

This is a special place to stay. You do not sleep in an old cargo ship all days. In addition, there is a separate room where you can sit and eat, with a kitchen and a toilet/bathroom. Well equipped all. The host and hostess are friendly and very helpful. Surroundings are fantastic. We kwamewn to fish and have gotten very much into us. In short, we had a great stay.

It was beautiful, just perfect. Everything was as described. We were there four days with a lot of adults and one child. Everyone loved it. We took the train to Amsterdam twice and then ended the evenings on the lovingly equipped houseboat in peace. Marie Luise is a very attentive host, we even got cake for Koningsdag. We would love to come back

We had a lovely stay in Raoul and Hester's place. The ark is moored in a quiet side channel of the Ijssel and therefore in extremely calm waters (no bow waves of passing craft). Many ducks, geese, swans and loads of other birds around enjoying the tranquil surroundings, as we did. Despite the out-of-the-way location, it's only a 10min stroll to Kampen - cross the bridge and you're basically right in the heart of the old city. Couple of decent eateries and pubs in a small area. The ark itelf is a little dated but well equipped and feels very homely. If you're going in winter, bring some wood to get that wood stove going and it'll be quite comfy in no-time. Everything works, nice double bed and good shower. Communication with Raoul and his parents-in-law excellent. Can't recommend enough if you're after some peace and tranquility.

This accomadation has a nice view. It’s clean but I think it’s very cold in the winter, in the summer, it’s perfect.

Great starting point for water sports, hiking and biking. Enjoyed drinks on the roof terrace and the beautiful view. Thanks for the great stay and helpful service.

We stayed 2 nights with our son (9 years old) on the houseboat. Check-in was very easy, all important information came on the day of arrival. Inside, it was absolutely spotlessly clean. The place is sufficient for 3 people. Outside, it could be a little more inviting. The chairs on the boat were new, but at dusk a lot of big spiders came out. The bed was very comfortable and soft. The sofa is rather hard, but also comfortable and the view is stunning. The kitchen is very well furnished. Unfortunately, the oven did not work, but it was repaired immediately a day later. My son missed German TV/Netflix. It was advertised in the ad with Netflix. However, it should have been updated by the owner. We didn't think it was bad at all without TV.☺️ The Wi-Fi worked without any problems. The communication was outstanding. Very nice, fast and always friendly. We would come back anytime!

A super nice place to stay. We often have to clean ourselves, this time it was really clean! A little cobwebs and the furniture outside wasn't clean. But what's not bad, these get dirty again quickly anyway. The area was wonderful too. There is a lot to discover and the nearby Hans & Gretje pancake house is also recommended for the little ones. A really nice holiday!

We spent very nice and quiet days at Patrizia's. Perfect place on the water, beautiful sunrises, everything you need. Small note: you can no longer return to the boat from the boat into the water on the same way. You have to swim to the nearby jetty - but it's just a matter of convenience :)

Stay was OK. Location is not the best, yet we knew what we are going for. Place feels bigger than it is described, we had 5 people and had no trouble. Heater works great, although instructions how to turn it on could be more help:)) Facility is clean and quiet: perfect for families. One thing that there are not much light around the marine, so make sure to arrive during the light hours for check-in, since otherwise it is easy to get lost.

Absolute lovely and peaceful place with great spots to visits not too fare from the houseboat.
