This was a great place for my family to stay over the weekend and unexpectedly. Rick was a great host who made sure that we arrived safely and were able to get into the house easily, even though we were quite late. I appreciated the touch of a lamp in the living room so we could see where we are and it felt like we were still being welcomed. Little touches made the house stand above, like handwritten notes on decorative boards explaining where things are, toilet paper was folded into corners, a high chair set up for my little one, and plenty of linens and extra blankets for warmth. Our family was my husband, his mom, our kids (ages 7, 5, and 2) and myself. My kids loved the bunk bed and the two rooms with queens were quite spacious. The house was so clean! I felt so comfortable with my kids sleeping and laying on the floor to read a book. The kitchen had so many great items. It was great and I hope we can utilize this house again. 100% awesome!

This house is so beautiful and spacious! It fit our family Thanksgiving perfectly! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with! Couches and beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive. Loved watching the sunset off the back deck. Hope to come back again!

The space was clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in. It was cozy, warm and inviting. Minden does not have many places to stay and places like this are needed. During Christmas, the lights on the court house are literally outside your window. There are quite a few stairs to get to the unit so be aware if you have mobility issues. Don and Joy were super hosts. Very helpful and nice. Thanks for sharing your space with me. I will definitely stay there again.

We were visiting relatives and were delighted to find a B&B so conveniently located to their home. The place was just what we needed, clean, comfortable and efficient. Totally satisfied with our stay.

We arrived late and basically just slept and left as we were just passing through, but I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the space more as it had everything we would need for longer stays. The hosts were friendly and communicable, the place was clean and as pictured and described. We would stay here again for our trip next year.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in! The keyless entry made for easy access to the house when we arrived. It was easy to find everything we needed for the kitchen and the bathrooms. All the tv’s are smart tv’s. The front and back patios are beautiful and comfortable. The beds and couches are comfortable and the electric fireplace made the house nice and cozy. We would definitely stay here again!
