Very nice 2 rooms furnished in 2011, everything is new. Kitchen area washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc. Very comfortable bed (purchase 2016). Possibility to eat outside in summer facing the Val d 'Allos mountains. Located 2 km from the medieval village of Colmars les Alpes. Convenience store in well-equipped village. Possibility of hiking from the cottage without taking the car. Very quiet, no immediate neighborhood.

Barcelonnette is close to the ski resorts of Pra Loup 1600, the Super Sauze Enchastrayes area, Sainte Anne la Condamine and Vars. It's up to you where you want to ski.
