Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

Small cozy studio for 2 people (14 m2), very functional, at La Foux d'Allos 1800 m (Labrau) located 150 m on foot: - a first ski lift; - hiking departures; - an equipment rental shop; - ski pass offices; - restaurants; - shuttle stop; - tennis court; - Allos Leisure Park and Bike Park (Seignus 10 min). 10 min walk to the resort center (3 min by bus), 1 entrance, 1 bathroom, 1 room and 1 balcony. Newly renovated. No smoking (and no pets).

Welcome to our Val d'Allos We offer a warm little 30 m2 apartment, located 50 m from the slopes and lifts of the Seignus resort. The space is comfortable for up to 4 people with its small bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining area, as well as a balcony with a view of our beautiful mountains.

Idéalement situé au centre du vieux village. Proches de tous commerces et commodités. C'est un petit espace mais très confortable. Lit double, douche, WC. Il n'y a pas de cuisine, seulement un petit frigo bar, une cafetière un micro-ondes mais il y a des assiettes, des verres, etc.150 m du télécabine menant à la Station du Seignus.
